Sleeps 20! The layout is perfect for 4 families / group of friends traveling together. Each unit has be renovated and has it's own kitchen, bathroom and living room. The shared spaces include the hallways, entry ways, stairs and balcony. Each unit is secure with an electronic lock. Water view from the Upstairs Balcony This restored two story home includes 6 nicely decorated and themed bedrooms, 4 full baths. It can comfortably accommodate 20 people. Electronic lock code allows easy access! Home's Layout Downstairs features 2 Units - Pier I and Pier II. Pier I is a one bedroom (king bed) unit with a living room with a full size sofa sleeper, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower. Pier II is a two bedroom ( 2 queen beds) unit with a living room with a full size sofa sleeper, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower. Upstairs features 2 Units - Pier III and Pier IV. Pier III is a one bedroom ( full bed) unit with a living room with a full sofa sleeper, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower. Pier IV is a two bedroom (1 queen bed and 1 bunk - full bottom and twin top) unit with a living room with a queen sofa sleeper, a full kitchen and a private bathroom that has a tub and stand up shower. Family Room With plenty of natural light, any of the 4 family rooms are a great place to gather. Each family room connects to the kitchen. Stocked with board games and outfitted with WiFi, this home can be your home away from home. Garage Off Street market in the back alley on a concrete slap. We were a large group of 20 people renting all the four units. The property was very clean and well decorated. The communication was excellent. Although the four kitchens were not equipped with enough utensils, it was nice to have 4 refrigerators for storage. The listing said sleeps 20 people but I carried 3 sleeping cots so we were able to manage. There was enough bedding and pillows, but one of the bed and 2 futons did not fit 2 adults. We wanted to be able to enjoy family time together but there was very less space to sit together and enjoy the meals. The gameroom was very useful but was very tight to move around. It was nice to have TV in every room. Overall experience was good. Perhaps a smaller head count will be better next time.

I asked for early check in even if I have to pay extra and they said no. When I went to check if the property was ready the lady who just finished cleaning told me they could of do early check in and I mention to her that I did asked but it was not available and she looked surprised.
They don’t have enough towels nor toilet paper.
The doors are really hard to open even unlocked.
Other than that it was a nice stay.

Great Location if you're looking for a place walking distance this is it! It had a really cute beach decor, really spacious indoor and outdoor, things we didn't like two TV's didn't have remotes, the sofa beds we're very uncomfortable, and there wasn't one commen room where we could all gather and eat my family is of 20 and we all like being together and only way was to be outside in the front porch or in the back yard. Each Pier has their own kitchen which is nice but we all ate sepreatly it can worked great for breakfast time but not lunch or dinner. Family really loved Galveston! & The location

We enjoyed this Galveston trip so much, we're looking forward to renting this beach house again. It is spacious and beautiful! Anytime we had to reach out to mgmt they took care of issue immediately. Best customer service skills ever.

Galveston Getaway
Wonderful property that is 4 apartments in one. Each has its own bathroom and kitchen, making this a great vacation for extended family and friend reunions. The manager is great with excellent communication and access throughout. There was an issue with someone leaving some old pizza and the box at the doorstep after the cleaning and they came over and cleaned it up right away. I would definitely rent again the next time we are in town.

Great spot for our short family gathering. Gave us the chance to be together without being on top of one another. Contact with property rep was great. The location is very convenient for getting around on foot to beach, Pleasure Pier, and some restaurants. Close to community center park. The kids loved that, and there are stores for staples a short drive away. Older home with decorative charm.

Great place for a large family
I loved that the house was separated into four separate "apartments" which gave each adult the privacy of their own bedroom/living space. Also, it was only a block off of the Seawall which made for easy walking to the beach, restaurants, Pleasure Pier, and it was also within walking distance to a playground for the little ones and a basketball court for the teens in our group.

Great spot for Mardi Gras!
The house fit our needs to visit Galveston and attend Mardi Gras 2022 festivities. The only issue was that the house temperature was super cold in all the rooms upon arrival because the heat was not adjusted to the cold front. So it took a while to heat up the place when we got there. There was no dishwasher which was an inconvenience. Other than that, highly recommend!

Just What We Needed
This house was perfect for my family. It has 4 apartments each with their own bathroom and kitchen. So, we were able to hang out and share meals as family by day and at night my adult kids each took an apartment with their families and my husband & I took and apartment. It was perfect.
It is across the street from the beach and right behind BLVD Seafood - one of our favorite restaurants.
We walked to Pleasure Pier (it only took 6 minutes to get there from the house).
Parking was in the back of the house but could only fit 4 smaller cars. Our host happily gave us a parking pass for the street.
We will surely be back!

The location is across the street from the beach. We even let the teens walk to the beach alone. Pleasure Pier is a 5 minute walk away. One of our favorite restaurants, Blvd Seafood is directly in the front of this house and The Spot is super close as well!

We will be back!
We stayed at Paradise by the Pier this weekend and will be back very soon! The house is very cute and decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and it was kind of home away from home. There were extra blankets and pillows to accommodate our large group throughout the house, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchens are a fully stocked kitchen with stove,oven, and utensils. The Pleaser Pier can be seen from any of the front rooms in the house. The ocean is visible from the front porch and it was perfect to relax and watch the sun rise. The location is a 1 minute walk to the ocean. This location is perfect for the group of kids that we took with us. This is the perfect stay for large groups or family vacations! Can’t wait to come back!
