Need a good paint. Bathrooms needed good scrub. Hallway carpet smelt so gross from vomit clean up I'm guessing. Location was fabulous

.Great location .Free parking .The apartment was clean on the surface but a bit grotty in some places… cupboard doors, switches, cabinet was thick with dusk…the bed end was broken… just putting it out there because the owners have no doubt paid for cleaners and they haven’t done their job properly. Otherwise the place was great 😊
