A lovely condo. Decore was welcoming and the unit was very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Location was nice - a short walk to trails leading to downtown. Beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Canmore. Would definitely return to this unit!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable unit, with a great location for checking out Banff/Canmore/Lake Louise. Very well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Parking garage also a big plus. Host was very communicative and courteous. Recommended!

My friend and I stayed one night in September. The suite was a challenge to find, but once we did we were pleased. It was clean with just the right amenities. The wine from Cathy was a lovely touch. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

We were two couple who stayed at the property for four days. It is located in Canmore and was centrally convenient to all our activities. The kitchen and bathrooms in the unit were well appointed with everything we needed. However, the living room chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in. We spent a great portion of our time hiking outdoors it would have been nice to sit in something more comfortable upon returning from our days of hiking and siteseeing. This is more of a minor issue compared to the other positives.

This condo fits the bill for a reasonable priced stay in Canmore during a busy weekend. The host was easy to communicate with when needed. Parking was a challenge, and finding the unit based on its location in the building proved to be an issue upon arrival. The condo building itself is dated, however clean and centrally located.

We were 3 adults travelling. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Very high end appliances, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We felt very safe there. The property was within easy access to Banff and Canmore. We couldn't have done better for the price.

Resort is on the outskirts of town, so traffic wasn't bad. A bit of a walk (or a short drive) to many restaurants, shopping, etc. The resort had a lovely little grocery/deli shop with a huge selection of cheeses. We had a couple of problems with the rental, and they were taken care of quickly through the property manager. Beds were comfy and plenty extra blankets. I'm not that used to modern appliances, so I had difficulty with the clothes washer. It has a setting that will wash for over 1 1/2 hours! (heavy soil, took close to 2 hours) The property manager was quick to respond to inquiries or questions. We had a lovely stay.

Had a fantastic stay in Canmore at this unit. We found the Solara resort to be ideally located — with trails right from the propert to the Grotto and Policeman Creek trails, proximity to Hwy 1, and conveniently near shopping and downtown. The unit is recently renovated and really nicely appointed. Cathy, our host, was great — she was very responsive and was very helpful with information before and during our trip.

We stayed in this condo with our children for a getaway to the mountains for a few days. The property exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, well kept and had all of the amenities we needed. Condiments already stocked in the fridge were an added bonus for us. The kids loved the hot tub and pool. Our host had excellent communication and even checked in to see how we were doing. A great stay!
