Quirky apartment ideally located within city centre, perfect for a short or long stay

We stayed here for four nights- property is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and lounges, beds etc all really comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, however, with so many restaurants, bars and cafes all around, we didn't need to cook. It's in the perfect position, literally cross the street and you're in the heart of Southbank promenade. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Melbourne

modern industrial style, secure apartment in a lovely old building. plenty of space, quality beds and linen. yes there's some traffic noise at night but nothing earplugs can't solve and it is located in a big city after all. The location is great. So many cafes and restaurants literally on your doorstep as well as and IGA and Foodworks close by. Easy walk across the bridge to the city and flinders st station, NGV also to South Melbourne Markets and DFO or Casino. We'll happily stay again.

Great location central to all our walks, above a great coffee/breakfast/lunch shop, was a great place to stay.

The lift was not working closed for general maintenance at 70 years plus we should have been advised of this so to carry up two big bags 3 flights of stairs was tough to say the least. The unit suffered much road noise so hard to sleep. Shame as a great location & good facilities.
