Experience the classic cottage getaway at the KoziCottage! The cottage is situated on just over 2 private acres and overlooking a small quiet lake. The main cottage offers 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining room, family room with a large TV and a wood stove. In the loft above the garage, you will find two additional queen sized beds. There is plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run around, ride bikes and play games. You can swim, fish or just kick back in the hammock and relax with a book while taking in the beautiful sunset over the water. The water entry is nice and shallow and perfect for younger kids to splash around. A canoe is also available for our guests to explore the lake. Evenings are perfect to enjoy s'mores by the campfire. Starlink high speed internet is now available with free WiFi coverage across the cottage and loft, allowing you to work and play at the cottage! For winter guests, there is near by access to snowmobile trails - check the OFSC website for details. If you're looking to explore, the area is abundant with many other near by lakes, most have public boat launches and nice sandy beaches - all within 5-15 min drive from the cottage. *Please note - Although listed under Amenities, bed linens (sheets, blankets, pillows etc.) and towels are NOT provided.
