Nestled in Terrigal, this attractive house for $1,235 per night is a great choice for your next trip. - 3 minutes from Avoca or Terrigal Beach. - 2.5 acres of quiet and privacy - Main house (5 bedrooms), a separate Cabin (2 bedrooms + sunroom) and a Studio - Heated Swimming Pool fully fenced with shallow shelf for your little ones - 2m Typhoon pool slide - Wraparound deck with built-in bbq, minibar & outdoor heating. - Outdoor firepit, kids outdoor play gym, swings and a huge trampoline - 3 x lounge rooms and a Pool/Snooker table room with AirHockey. - Indoor kids craft and paint space for messy Main House Sleeping arrangements: Downstairs - 1 x Bedroom with a Double/Single Bunk + Regular Bunk Bed with a Full Bathroom on the same level Upstairs - 1 x Bedroom with a King Bed & Ensuite 2 x Bedrooms with a Double Bed 1 x Bedroom with a Bunk Bed (Double/Single) & Trundle bed The Cabin offers a private retreat away from the main house, and is self contained with a bathroom and lounge. 2 x Bedrooms with a Queen bed 1 x Sunroom with 2 single beds that is open plan off the lounge room- perfect for extra kids. The Studio is separate from the main house, but only a few meters away, with 1 x Queen Bed and it’s own ensuite (great if you like to sleep in) The entire property is for your exclusive use during your stay. This is a beautiful acreage that is set just 3minutes from avoca beach and 5minutes from terrigal. Local fruit barn and deli at the end of the street or a full shopping centre just 8min drive away. NOISE: This is a strict no party house, bucks or footy weekends. We understand that every group is different, but we do not make exceptions. The property is in a Environmental Conservation Zone area and council regulates outside noise, to ensure the valley stays quiet and neighbors aren’t disturbed. Although this is a 2.5 acre property, sound travels and is amplified in the valley. Please keep in mind: - There is no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time. - There is no noise allowed outdoors after 10pm, its best to move the socialising indoors after that. If this might interfere with your weekend away plans then please reach out to discuss. We use NoiseAware technology to monitor the decibel levels outside the house. In cases of noise complaints that are not addressed on request, we reserve the right to use contracted security patrol cars to remove all guests from the premise mid-stay with no refund. All booking requests need to include confirmation and agreement to the 10pm noise curfew outside. GUEST NUMBERS: Please ensure you have the correct guest numbers so that we can provide enough linen/towels. There is a 60/person/night charge for all guests after the first 10 guests. This is already included in the price, unless there’s changes to the initial enquired guest numbers. • No smoking • No parties or events

Property was great for my family and parents , plus sisters and their families . Plenty of space for the kids to play and swim . House extremely well setup and beds all very comfortable with love,y linens . Important to note . Owner a pleasure to deal with Highly recommend

The place is incredibly well set up. Lots of entertainment for young kids and us big kids for our very wet, long weekend. We had 4 family’s with 4 children under 3 and it was completely safe and secure to let them roam in each different area. The pony’s were a big hit as well. Couldn’t fault communication with the owners either. Highly recommended.

Definitely well accommodating place from spacious rooms, kids room, media room and playroom. The whole family enjoyed how private the neighbourhood was as next house was a few 100 metres away each direction. 5 stars!!

Our family of 15, enjoyed spending time playing cards on the verandah overlooking the valley, and swimming in the pool. The slide was great fun too. The teenagers loved staying in the cabin . The kitchen, laundry was well stocked and the outdoor drink fridge was a winner. We had a great time here.

This house in Pickets Valley has everything we needed to entertain my group of friends and children over a long weekend. Lots of space for everyone and there is so much to entertain the children; from the pool and playground, to the craft room in the garage. We were lucky enough to enjoy nice weather and made the most of the outdoor facilities. Would recommend for large groups of friends or multiple families.

A gem in central coast

We stayed in Picketts valley for a week and loved this house. It has many bedroom so it is ideal for friends and family. The layout makes it a real entertainer and the garden is the bomb with the fire pit. Location wise it’s also very central. The owner was very helpful and quick to accommodate us. We enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who has kids.

We had 3 families stay at this property in the second week of the school holidays. Location is perfect! Property is perfect for large groups with lots of sleeping options to cater for all. I could not recommend this property highly. We will be back!

Beautiful property with everything you could ever need, lots of space, plenty of toys and activities for the kids, close to Terrigal and Avoca. Only one minor problem ... the grass hadn't been mowed and was quite long but otherwise a well maintained property and we would highly recommended it

We took our family to celebrate an important birthday. Nine adults and 4 children under 5. The place is so beautifully set up for little children that our littlies has a ball. The deck with the outdoor table overlooking the valley was so peaceful, it was a favourite for everyone in the family.

This property was perfect for our family get away. It had lots of space and activities for the children. Well appointed and very well situated. The pool was a hit with everyone and also the ponies! The play area was great as well as the oval for kicking the ball and playing generally.

Unforgettable Weekend

We were looking for a good getaway to tour the family and friends but what we got was an amazing and memorable 3 days 2 nights with eveybody. The house is more like a home away from home. Everything that we need was already there even to the little things, owner Daniel and Sharon really thought of everything. It was great to wake up to great smelling coffee or tea which was provided in abundance. The place definitely well accomodates a big family. The dining area can extend to the verandah which rewards you with a great view. Activities in the property was ample as well and with kids to entertain, it's not hard to do in this hiddem gem. There's the swimming pool that attracted laughter and excitement, the very expansive field to kick ball and other outdoor activities, not to mention those three lovely little ponies that our children loved to feed. Meanwhile the adults can enjoy the pool table downstairs, the kids can again entertain themselves with a variety of cards and board games or maybe biking around the property. The owners really thought of everything to cater from the youngest to the oldest members of the family down to colourful plates, spoon, forks and cups for the kids. This lovely home is definitely a keeper and we will never hesitate to recommend it to families and friends and even post to our social media. We anticipated a good weekend away from the bustle of the city, but what we were given was a memorable celebration. Thank you Daniel and Sharon and we were glad to have found your place.
