Perfect location and perfect amount of bedrooms/bathrooms.

Property was minimally furnished and not clean. Management obviously does not care as this was a common theme and no changes have been made. We tried multiple times for an early check in and communications were never made. Very frustrating.

The website an emails were an issue but was able to use the chat feature which answered all my needs. The walls could use a paint touch up and the floors were a little dirty. Location was convenient and quiet!

This place is very clean and convenient to everything. Looks brand new (unit 6) and plenty of room for a family of 10. Parking is a little pricey but is expected for a city rate closed to downtown.

The location and property were great. Bedrooms were a great size with comfortable beds. Only drawback was it was 3 levels so make sure you can manage bedrooms on 3 levels..inwill use it again!

My family and I stayed Thanksgiving week and were impressed with the cleanliness and convenience of this place. Parking is right outside the front door and is only a few minutes away from music row.

They property should have its own parking and not have to pay for each day. Plus the company they use for parking only allows hours or 1 day so if you stay multiple days you have to remember to update your parking.
The condo its self was ok... very modern but also uncomfortable. This should make people feel at home and not want to leave. Price was great for overall stay for what you get.

When we came in floors were literally completely soaking wet. There were crumbs on the carpet in the living room from the last people. Moldings and doors were pretty dusty. The master suite on the 3rd floor had broken lamps on both sides of the bed. The location is fantastic it just needs better maintenance of the property.

Extremely modern and very large. Was incredible and impressive. Uber to Broadway was 5ish $. Safe and secure. All top scale and so many luxuries to enjoy.

Our stay at Sonder was great. There were 8 of us (4 couples) and the place was a great size. Check in was simple. Street parking is free on the weekend and we were always able to find a spot very near to our place. Short drive or Lyft ride to lower broadway. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Only thing that was not up to par was the cleanliness. Floors were pretty dirty throughout and just needed a good clean. We would stay with Sonder again in the future!!

Fantastic location at a great price! But, the code only worked on the back door and the "e-key" was cumbersome and only worked half the time. Eventually, we got in, but it was always an experience of trying the code 3 times, the e-key, and the back door.

Overall our stay was great. We were comfortable and location was good. Feedback for owners, shower heads are all rainheads which are low flow and hard to rinse hair. also can’t shower easily without getting hair wet. Need a handheld or another head in shower. Unit was cleaned but not very well nor properly stocked with toilet paper. Deep clean is needed. Baseboards dirty, shoe print 3/4 of the way up the wall in the family room. Otherwise would have rated higher. Management did bring toilet paper and happily took care of request.

The location of the apartment was great. The apartment is nice, however, it was very dirty when we arrived. There were black handprints on the doors and stairs handrail. The floor was very dirty. the filter on the water in the refrigerator showed to be 99 days past replacement. There was black stuff on the water spout, so we had to buy our own water because we didn't want to drink the water from the refrigerator. One of the cooking pans in the cabinet had cooked rice in the bottom that was left over from the last occupants. There was only one hand towel for all four bathrooms and the showers were dirty as well. On the other hand, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. I just wish we didn't have to clean when we arrived.

Would absolutely stay again! Lots of towels, fresh linen, and location was phenomenal. If I had to be be critical and provide ahy feedback, I would suggest adding color to the walls and filter needed to be changed on refrigerator. Outside of that, the 4 private bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms and 1 shared bath on main level is truly valuable and rare. This development of apartments/townhomes will be our GO-TO when in Nashville. A wonderful experience. One thing to note, their is paid parking available right outside your unit in addition to garage paid parking. We really appreciated the ease of access to the parking directly outside our unit for hauling luggage and shopping bags.

Had a wonderful stay at The High Note and would definitely stay again. Its in a great location. Short drive/Uber to downtown & theres a lot of local places to eat. If you like coffee then you must visit The Well coffee shop which is a block away. Overall the unit was clean, however it does need a deep cleaning. Specifically the baseboards, walls & doors need a good cleaning.

I was honestly really excited to stay here after the reviews and seeing the pictures but upon arrival, had the beds not been made and clean towels stocked, I 100% would have assumed the cleaners never came. The place was very dirty and it made me feel uncomfortable staying there with my 18 month old and 4 month old. Also for a place meant to host up to 10 people there was barely any cookware. I had to cook in shifts and made a 1 hour job into 2 or 3. As of my stay I would not stay there again but if these problems were to be fixed I would be willing to try again since I really loved the location and what it was meant to be.

Wife, 3 teens and I stayed here on our first ever trip to Music City and it was great. New building with the right amount of amenities and the location was close to everything. Thanks for helping us have a great trip to Nashville.

The "fourth bedroom" was a joke. It was barely big enough to hold the bed and there was no closet and no dresser. So technically, it's not a bedroom. My friend had to use the coat closet in the hallway for her stuff.
The unit was very clean and the other three bedrooms were big enough for two people to use. The downside was that there were no dressers to be able to "move in" so we had to use the suitcase stands.

Great location!! Close to Broadway and Vanderbilt University. Nice clean friendly area with many restaurants. Great place; fresh and clean. Nice layout, great rooftop patio.

Amazing space nearby everything. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is located near everything yiu could want to do while in Nashville. Communication was seamless with the hosts. Would definitely look at staying here again on our next stop in Nashville.

Perfect getaway and plenty of room for 8 adults. There’s a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Two bedrooms with their own bathroom on the second floor and one bedroom and bath on the third floor. Lots of things within walking distance. Free street parking on the weekends but during the week it’s two hour parking only. It’s $20 a day to park in the back so we did that on our last day. I would definitely stay her again.

We had 6 ladies for a girls trip. The property having 4 bathrooms was a huge plus. We were within a half mile of Hatti B’s and several bars which was nice and just a short Uber ride to Broadway. It was a great trip. Would book this property again.

Great stay. Parking wasn’t great. Lots of stairs to climb to the third floor bedroom. Not a place for someone who struggles with steps.
