The outdoor shower is great to rinse off after a fun beach day. On the first living level, we have three king bedrooms with beautiful Gulf views from private balconies and one bedroom with queen over queen bunk bed and bath. All bedrooms have 40-inch TV'S and all baths have quartz countertops. This level also has its own laundry and a wet bar. In addition, the second level living area has a master king with a bath and private balcony with gulf views. This floor also has a half bath for guests, and an additional washer and dryer. A large spacious living, kitchen, and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances with an island and dining seating for 12. An elevator is available for convenience of moving groceries and luggage, but the house is not handicap accessible and the elevator should not be relied on for personal transport.
