This was a lovely property nice and clean loved the views. My family love playing the golf course and it was so relaxing

Perfect view

I will remember this holiday forever, we used this home for our bridal team to get ready then got married on the beach below the back fence, the photos will be beautiful the beach is so clean, it’s just all perfect, the garden was used in all professional photography as was the house

Property did not disappoint. Beautiful views to relax and take in. Property has everything plus more you could need. Mini golf was a great addition to keep people occupied. Only down side was the dish washer was not working and a couple of the guests mentioned for the rate we paid that it should have been fixed and ready for use.

What a view to wake up to. House was great to host 2 families. Plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach. Was a great place to unwind and just breath.

Beautiful views Fantastic facilities 👍👌

This house was perfectly located, being perched right on the water's edge and the house didn't disappoint with its wow factor when we walked through the door. It was generously proportioned size wise for 6 adults, 1 teen, 1 child and 2 toddlers. There are two comfortable living rooms, a well appointed kitchen and four large comfortable bedrooms. The view from upstairs is sensational with four comfy chairs directly in front of a large panoramic window looking straight down onto the ocean. The backyard also takes full advantage of the views and doubles as a putt putt golf course which both the adults and kids enjoyed. The beds were comfy and linen good quality. The house was also filled with all the things to keep anyone of any age happy. The house has no direct access to the beach but that was not a problem as it's only a short walk in either direction to access the water. So far this place has absolutely nailed all the briefs for a perfect weekend (or longer) away. So why the disappointing bit then? Well, firstly the house was very dusty when we arrived although very strong continuous winds might be the culprit there. Then there was the issue of those fabulously comfy chairs and their matching foot stools. Two of the four upstairs ones and a downstairs one were busy shedding their black coating whenever you sat on them. I'm not sure if these were leather or vinyl but they made such a mess everytime that you sat on them that we had to brush ourselves down and then sweep or vacuum the floor around them. Seriously, these chairs either need repair or one way trip to the tip. If I had furniture like this at home I'd be downright embarrassed and I don't have paying guests! The side fence also banged all night long in the wind. Ultimately though it was the excess cleaning charge that hurt the most. I personally did a vacuum and walk around before leaving and all appeared in good order. We then received a message to say that the house was left in a messy state and that there marks on the walls and floor as well as kids finger prints on the windows and furniture. Well we did have a one and three year old and I wasn't aware that we had to clean the windows before leaving. We were charged $200. Now, I'm a frontline emergency worker and am payed less than $50 an hour. It would not have taken me 4 hours to tidy up and walk around and wipe off a few marks. Greed or an overpayed cleaner? I had said on leaving that we would come back. Now I'm not so sure.
