Gemma and Geraldine were excellent hosts- extremely responsive and courteous. The apartment was quite secure (electronic entry), and had convenient access to trains, buses, and Metros, from which we were easily able to enjoy everything that València had to offer.

I booked this apartment about a week prior to arrival because I had issues with an apartment I previously booked. The ratings and reviews were impressive and I was surprised it was available. I was impressed from the very first interaction. Geraldine was extremely responsive. Even with a 6hr time zone difference she didn't miss a beat with timely responses to every question. The payment process was smooth. She was proactive in providing detailed information about the apartment & city (recommendations for things to do, restaurants, transportation, emergency needs, etc.). We were traveling with a toddler. They provided complimentary pack & play (baby bed) and highchair. They also had a huge container full of toys that she thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment looked just as it did in pictures. Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the terrace. They were also very accommodating with an early check-in. We were traveling separate from my oldest daughter who arrived at 8a hours before check-in and long before we would be there. I was concerned that she may be left to wander all day until we arrived at 10p. It worked out that the apartment was available for early check-in. I didn't even ask. She offered and my daughter was able to access the apartment with no problems as soon as she arrived. I can't say enough how much my entire family enjoyed our stay and how much I appreciate Geraldine for all of her help!

We booked this VRBO for my wife, my 21 yr old daughter and me for 3 days/nights. It had a great central location. 10 minutes of walking to almost everything. Safe neighborhood. Plenty of room with living room and kitchen and 2 good size bedrooms. Access to the building and apartment was seamless. Very cozy inside with great decor (brick walls and wood beams). Very clean. Washing machine with outside patio for quick clothes drying. Definitely recommend !!! And we LOVED the beautiful city of Valencia !

Erg mooi en schoon appartement. Buitenruimte erg groot en gezellig. Communicatie met host super goed. Ligging erg goed, dichtbij grote supermarkt waar echt alles verkrijgbaar is, en dichtbij het centrum. Je slaapt aan de voorkant waar het wat rumoerig kan zijn, maar ja je hebt vakantie dus voor ons geen probleem.

Emplacement incroyable, en plein milieu de Valence, appartement très propre et exactement comme sur les photos. Attention au bruit que cela vienne de vous ou des voisins cela peut être dérangeant pour eux et pour vous. Dans l'ensemble c'était très bien et une bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande !

La casa es preciosa, limpia, luminosa y con mucho espacio. Tiene una terraza muy grande e ideal para disfrutarla con buen tiempo. Los propietarios son muy atentos y se preocupan porque tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Sin duda, lo recomiendo!

La casa es totalmente como aparece en las fotos, las mejores cosas para nosotros han sido lo cerca que está de todo (al lado de la estación de tren, FNAC, Ayuntamiento...) en un Segundo estabas en cualquier sitio, también lo bonita que es la casa en general (la terraza muy grande), la cocina es preciosa junto con el comedor (decoración con muy buen gusto), y por supuesto, la comunicación con Geraldine que ha sido perfecta durante toda la estancia respondiendo rápidamente (tuvimos un problema pero por nuestra culpa, no por la de ellos, y fue muy comprensiva y amable con nosotros). Así que sin duda la recomendamos y volveríamos a alojarnos en ella cuando volvamos de nuevo a Valencia.

Location, Location, Location. Besides being beautiful, clean, and charming it has a brilliant location. Literally less than 200M from the train station, and with a huge selection of shops restaurants, and sites within easy walking distance. A Taxi to the beach is 11Euro, but that is the only time we felt like we needed a taxi as walking was easier and more fun. It has all the amenities, a beautiful terrace, it's sparkling clean and bright. Eino and Geraldine (who speak perfect English) are very caring and warm hosts. Valencia is stunning and our Apt only made it better.

Voor verdere bestemmingen is het gebruik van Cabify app (lokale Uber) ideaal.Naast een fijn terras waar je tot halverwege de middag (mei) van de zon kunt genieten, biedt het appartement alle faciliteiten die je van een verblijf mag verwachten. Enige minpuntje vond ik de (te) zachte matrassen, maar dat is een kwestie van persoonlijke voorkeur.Zeker een herhaling waard!

A great place to stay in the heart of Valencia. It’s a 10 mins walk to old town and has lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The Airbnb itself was a perfect size for a group of 3-4 with a lovely terrace to use throughout the day.

Dit appartement is een echte aanrader. Het ligt in Old Town met alle bezienswaardigheden en restaurants binnen handbereik. 5 min lopen vanaf het treinstation en de metro. Het appartement is van binnen verrassend ruim en licht ingericht. Alles ziet er schoon en fris uit. Als je vragen of wat dan ook hebt, er wordt binnen een uur gereageerd. Een pluspunt is ook het heerlijke balkon, waar het s’ochtends heerlijk vertoeven was met ontbijt. Supermarkt met heerlijke verse producten zit overigens schuin aan de overkant.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé dans Valence, qui permet de visiter beaucoup de choses à pieds. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture gratuitement dans la rue ( sauf le mardi car marché ) ce qui est un + .L'appartement est bien insonorisé pour les bruits extérieurs mais un peu moins bien entre les appartements. Rien de dramatique pour autant .Nous nous sommes vraiment senti chez nous dans cet appartement. La terrasse est bien agréable aussi... et la climatisation s'est révélée être indispensable pendant notre semaine au mois d'août !Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires ;)
