Living area: With Freeview TV and DVD player. Dining area: With patio doors leading to terrace. Kitchen area: With double electric area, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Separate toilet. First floor: Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed. Bedroom 3: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Terrace with outdoor furniture. Mooring for one 17ft boat. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are low walls to the water frontage of the property, children must be supervised at all times.. One of the few properties in Salcombe with direct water access this mews style house has a private pontoon mooring and large terrace overlooking the main anchorage to the beaches and hills of East Portlemouth and up the estuary to the sea. Constructed on the site of Edgar Coves Boatyard and affording wonderful views the property has been decorated, equipped and furnished to a high standard is in a secluded position with off road parking and is within a minute’s walk of the shops, restaurants and quays. Free WiFi Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property.
