Utility room: With washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1: With twin beds, wooden floor, patio doors leading to courtyard and en-suite wet room with shower and toilet. Cloakroom: With toilet. First floor: Living room: Galleried with Freeview TV, DVD player, vaulted ceilings, beams and patio doors leading to Juliet balcony. Bedroom 2: With twin beds and en-suite with bath and toilet. Bedroom 3: With twin beds, beams and steps to en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and tiled floor.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Courtyard with outdoor furniture. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This former coach house offers quality, tastefully furnished and decorated accommodation in a quiet residential area approximately five minutes walk from the town centre, shops and quays. This character property has off road parking for two cars. Free WiFi ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - There will be a linen change for bookings of 14 days or more. If not required please call the office. No candles allowed. Wi-Fi available, however, this facility cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times due to the unpredictability of Service Providers.
