Villa Isabella, Coral Bay
We paid over £2000 per week to stay at one of their luxury villas. On arrival the first day we were shocked at the state of the place. The bathrooms were old, filthy, with cracked tiles and grime stains throughout each of the bathrooms. The shower curtains were pink with bacteria and grime.
The outside furniture was nothing like the pictures and even though the T&C's state there can be differences. What we have is old uncomfortable steel framed seats with stained, cigarette burnt furniture that stank. Same with all the furniture inside and out.
Don't get us started on the kitchen. It should be ripped out and refreshed. The dishwasher should have been condemned years ago and we had to get this replaced during our stay as it was filthy and all the drawers inside were rusted and it stank.
There kitchen equipment was basic, old and stained and cheap. The UK pound shop has better quality.
In fact everything they supplied was cheap even the cleaning equipment. There is absolutely no generosity. We even had to pay extra (£60) for a linen change mid stay of a two week vacation.
The staff for this British run organisation were really kind and generous with their time. It's a shame the owners have the cheek to try to let a filthy broken down basic villa at full price using photographs on VRBO which have to date from 2018.
This villa is basic and filthy, with equipment which should have been condemned years ago.
AVOID at all costs!!

Amazing Villa
We stayed at Villa Isabella for 8 nights, wish we could have extended our stay.
We had an absolutely amazing time and we will definitely book again when we plan to go back to Cyprus.
A cute villa that we would recommend for families - an amazing restaurant close by called Oniros with excellent service. Lara Beach not too far away and Cap St George’s with sea caves.
Friendly staff that are always on hand and are a phone call away.

A lovely private villa in great location
The service we received from CVR from booking through to our stay was excellent, much more than you receive from larger companies. The team looking after us and the villa were great and I would definitely use CVR again.

Easy living at Villa Isabella - highly recommend
Our six adult family group stayed at the three bed, three bathroom Villa Isabella just outside of Coral Bay. We found this villa to be of a very high standard and were pleasantly surprised at the level and quality of equipment provided, we wanted for nothing. The villa has two bedrooms in the main house and a self contained apartment on the ground floor; this was perfect for us travelling as three adult couples. The property is well equipped and thoughtfully furnished with a high standard of cleanliness apparent on arrival. The grounds were well maintained and the poolside furniture was of a very high standard. The pool itself is of a good size, with a lovely temperature and was maintained a couple of times during our stay. It has a shallow and deep end, so suitable for diving / jumping in whilst also catering for less confident swimmers.
This company clearly maintain their equipment throughout the season as we were surprised to return one-day to find the table tennis table had been replaced with a brand new one! The inside furnishings were all of a high standard and the beds were very comfortable. The outside veranda / eating area is delightful and became the focus of family time together.
Location wise, as the website states you do need a car, although there is a fantastic beach bar and restaurant within walking distance. Coral Bay is within 5 minutes drive with the usual facilities of a moderately sized tourist resort, a variety of restaurants, sandy beach, water sports etc.
We met a number of the Cyprus Villa Retreats staff whilst out there, and all were English speaking, polite and helpful. We were given excellent information and advice from the rep. nothing was too much trouble and they were able to book excursions on our behalf, making it stress free. All emails to CVR both prior to and after the holiday were replied to promptly.
All in all we had a great holiday, which was made easy by the quality and location of this Villa. Highly recommend; we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Perfect for a couple needing a break.
Great villa, pretty secluded but close to supermarket (5 minutes by car) and walking distance from the great seafront bar/restaurant Oniro. Great service from CVR guys. Main bedroom is separate and underneath (to stay cool) with no direct access to the house but we preferred to stay in one of the other two bedrooms in the villa itself so didn't use it. Two other bedrooms and two bathrooms anyway so it worked perfectly for two of us. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect - we slept like babes every night! Pool immaculate and perfect temperature. We didn't need the hot tub. All the local information you need provided by CVR staff who are more than helpful. Only problem is I wish we'd stayed more than a week! A lovely break for R&R and I'd recommend it.
