It is just a short drive to the charming village of Peyia with several shops, restaurants and great amenities. The open plan ground floor layout glides you round on opulent marble tiling right from the entrance into the lounge area where you will find comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 8 guests, this leads you round to the wonderful contemporary kitchen fully equipped with all you will ever need including, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The first of the 4 bedrooms can be found on this level which is a double and has its own deluxe en suite shower room and patio doors leading you to the pool patio area with stunning mountain views. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor, two twin bedrooms both with deluxe en suite shower rooms and one double bedroom also with its own deluxe en suite shower room and patio doors leading onto a private balcony where you can enjoy pool, beautiful mountain and distant sea views. We can also, if required, make any of the twin bedrooms into double bedrooms and any of the double bedrooms into twin bedrooms. The fantastic pool area is the perfect place to relax and cool off. There is an outside dining table & chairs plus bbq which makes for great al fresco dining, along with sunbeds and parasols allowing you to enjoy wonderful hot sunny days and warm evenings soaking up the Mediterranean climate.
