THE GARDEN AND THE POOL You can enjoy a landscaped garden of 1400 m² with automatic watering. The gardener comes by once a week to maintain it. During the winter season, you can enjoy tangerines, grapefruits, oranges and lemons. In spring and summer you can admire the many varieties of flowers. To relax and swim, come and enjoy the 10 m * 4 m swimming pool with a 60 m² beach (with alarm). The pool specialist comes twice a week for perfect cleanliness and hygiene. A summer kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, kettle will be a plus for your lazy afternoons. You can have your lunches and aperitifs there with family or friends, in the sun or in the shade. A very comfortable garden furniture invites you to laze around or read. The exposure of the house and the landscaped garden is due south, that is to say sun all day. No vis-à-vis will disturb your privacy.
