Great layout and internal setup, easy to find, and information about the property is easily accessible. The only issue noted is the crazy amount of pet hair from previous tenants I assume. More than one of us suffered allergies that week due to the incessant pet hair under and around every surface.

It met our needs: close to skiing, the house was warm, basic kitchen supplies, clean hot tub. Lots of concerns: the driveway is insane - we have a Ram 1500 and it was super sketchy driving up and down, we got a light dusting of snow and had to park at the bottom of the driveway, bringing everything into house from the bottom of the driveway is super challenging. The house isn’t finished - lots is areas of drywall, nails sticking out of door frames, no curtain in master bedroom so sun wakes you up first thing, Not kid friendly - we had a 3 and 1 year old - lots of space heaters around that get super hot, the stairs are super steep. They have a wood burning stove, the directions said they have lots of wood available, but there was no wood by fire or outside in wood rack. Not a big deal, but just not what the listing said. I would not stay here again, but I would stay in the neighborhood Snowline again!

I want to start by saying this is the first time I’ve ever had to write a bad review on a VRBO. We’ve stayed at many and I always appreciate the reviews so I had to write one regarding this cabin to warn people, especially if you have kids staying with you. We went on a family ski trip to Mt. Baker. We DID read the warning regarding the driveway but assumed it wouldn’t be a problem since we drive an AWD Honda Pilot with brand new snow tires. My husband is an experienced driver in all sorts of weather conditions, however, this driveway was nothing like what we were expecting. The driveway is very STEEP, rutted gravel surface with a shear drop to the left side and trees/rocks to the right side. When you reach the top of the driveway there is no room to turn your vehicle around. We arrived at dusk, in the pouring rain and drove right up the long, steep, gravel drive to the door with no problems. However, it was SO steep that it was difficult to even unload our trunk. There is a small flat area 3/4 of the way up the drive way, off to the side, just narrow enough to park head first but not turn around in. However, it’s equally as dangerous trying to back down from that spot.Twice our car went up on three wheels trying to navigate this hill! It was terrifying to say the least. Eventually we decided the safest place to park was at the very bottom of the drive way. There were multiple mounds of dog poop all along the side of the driveway too. It was disgusting. It snowed every day we were there which made the driveway even worse. It was scary!! There are NO steps so we would have to use a snow shovel we found, as a walking stick, to help prevent us from falling. Regarding the house, this isn’t a “rustic” cabin, this is an unfinished, cheaply remodeled cabin. There is no trim, things look rough and unfinished, there was no wood for a fire, no bedskirts, no curtains in the master, cob webs everywhere and ONE smoke alarm in the entire three story home. The other safety risk are the steps into the hot tub. They are small, plastic foldable step stools that would freeze and were very slippery. They need to add sturdy steps up to the tub.The only good things about this cabin were that the kitchen was well stocked, the location, the towels were clean and the bedding was warm.Overall this was a complete disappointment and NOT worth the money.I warn you, do not stay here. Spend your money on something safer!! You’ll sleep better.

Really happy with the overall cabin community and the amenities in it. The specific cabin we rented was a bigger challenge with a toddler than we expected, due to the layout -- lots of stairs (some uncarpeted and a little steep) + wood burning stove that can't be blocked off. Would be better with older kids, who would love the foosball table in the basement. But we loved that it was pet friendly. had a big kitchen, and had a hot tub. It's not fancy but it is cozy, just not for a toddler.
