The second master bedroom is located upstairs, has a king size bed & ensuite bath featuring a shower and single vanity. Third bedroom upstairs has queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom featuring double vanity and shower. Fourth bedroom has a single twin plus twin bunk beds with adjacent bathroom shared with bedroom three. There is an open floor plan downstairs with living room, dining room and kitchen, spacious enough to gather together in style. Living room has large comfortable leather couch and a 60 inch SMART curved LED 4K television. The dining room will accommodate up to 6 guests seated with room for 6 extra guests at the kitchen island. An amazing Florida Room overlooking the pool is equipped with indoor/outdoor living set, with a full-size sleeper sofa and small dining table, this space makes hanging out so comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range/oven, microwave, Miele dishwasher, (2) refrigerator/ freezers, Keurig machine, nutria-bullet as well as plenty of dishes, cook ware & utensils, pots/pans, paper goods and non-perishable oils & spices. For privacy there are NO cameras inside the home or on the pool area. Our neighborhood is located in the North Beach block of Vilano Beach. It is a quiet atmosphere and within walking distance to the beach & local waterfront restaurants. Spectacular sandy shores are uncrowded and perfect for lounging, hunting seashells & shark's teeth as well as fishing and surfing. Head to the shore in the morning then cruise the quiet neighborhood to Aunt Kate's Restaurant or Caps on the Water to share a drink at sunset. Check out the famous hammock and estuaries of Guana River State Park 4 miles away. There are ENDLESS ways to revel in coastal North Florida at its best. Only 4 miles away, historic downtown St. Augustine has numerous attractions and historic sites. Yelp reviews are a reliable guide for foodies looking to hit all the hot spots. The Ice Plant, Catch 27, St. Augustine Distillery & Floridian are all 4 & 5 star musts! The Old Town Trolley stops at all of Saint Augustine's famous sights and is a great way to map out the town while learning about local history. Serenata Beach Club Because we are members of the Serenata Beach Club, our guests can purchase a pass to enjoy the Club's amenities where you can socialize and relax with family and friends at their private beach club nestled in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Their "Members-Only" Club is situated on the high breezy dunes overlooking the beach. You will enjoy sun filled days at the beach, the adults only pool or play with the kids at their expansive family pool, heated in the winter. Gaze over the Atlantic Ocean vista from their beautiful dining room, cocktail lounge or covered verandas while enjoying fresh sumptuous fare throughout the day and night. Work out in their fully equipped fitness center and take part in any number of club activities and amenities designed to enhance the beach lifestyle. Want to enjoy a dinner without the kids? Drop them off at the onsite daycare and enjoy a gourmet meal beach-front while the kids have a blast in a safe environment.
