Located in Placida, this lovely condo for $409 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Situated in prestigious Boca Vista community, this beautiful spacious unit has wonderful water views over Charlotte Harbor where you can enjoy wildlife, such as dolphins swimming in the lagoon, or boats coming and going into the marina. Luxuriously furnished and equipped this condo would be a great comfortable place to vacation as minutes to Boca Grande and it's beautiful beaches. Private dock and boat lift is available for winter guests, Jan - Mar. Going up the elevator to the second floor, you come into very bright unit and your eyes immediately see the water from the living room. Open plan living room with comfortable sofa's, flat screen tv. Open plan dining area with table and chairs for 4 with extra bar stools at kitchen counter for casual dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless newer appliances, such as slide in stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also washer dryer in unit in utility cupboard in hallway. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, and the master has king bed, with its own luxurious shower room and views over the bay. The guest bedroom has twin beds, and there is second bathroom. There is also a murphy bed for occasional extra guests in the den. There is very large lanai with table and chairs for outdoor dining, couple of chairs to rest and watch over the water. Unit has its own private garage and there are a couple of kayak's there to enjoy. Situated next to Gasparilla Marina you can walk next door and enjoy the restaurant and bar and views of all the beautiful boats in the marina. The condo was beautiful. The only drawback was lack of notification from anyone regarding the broken elevator in our building. We are senior citizens who had to struggle to get two flights of steps. One female is in a boot on her foot prior to her surgery next week. The other two ladies have extremely back backs so it was a chore to get the car unloaded with any help.

Enjoyed our stay! Loved that it was a short walk to our boat at the marina. Great value to be so near to Boca Grande. Excellent communication with property manager.

This is a lovely villa for a vacation. You will not be disappointed. It is well appointed and Owners have thought of everything For a pleasant stay. I would recommend this without hesitation.

Stayed for 2 weeks in March. Everything was wonderful. Pool super warm (dare I say too warm?! Lol) we got great use out of the kayaks and bikes. Lanai is amaaaazing with views of manatee, dolphins, sea birds, jumping fish as we dined and relaxed. They provided everything you could possibly need - beach stuff, pool stuff, etc and their kitchen was stacked with more then I have at home. I’d 100% want to come back again!!!
