Situated in New Seabury, this attractive house for $750 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. There is something magical about Maushop Village, tucked inside the resort community of New Seabury on Cape Cod’s Nantucket Sound. Come experience that magic, make great memories for all with fun in the sun or relax and unwind to the sounds of the ocean day or night. Yes, you are that close!! Our quaint cottage is very convenient to a private beach on Nantucket Sound with the seashell beach path ( 1 of 2 beach entrances ) right off our patio. Literally step out of our patio gate and walk approximately 30 seconds down the seashell path and your feet will be stepping on sand. With ocean views from the patio and bedrooms, this 750 sq ft unit is sunny and immaculate. The large patio is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor eating area. You will love this nicely decorated, and clean 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with all the amenities that you could possibly need while vacationing. The Master bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom located on the 2nd floor has 2 twin beds. Each floor has it's own full bath and each bedroom has a portable a/c unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area has a full size pull out sofa bed. All linens and towels are included. To make your packing easier, we also supply beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys! The Popponesset Marketplace is within walking distance for an evening of fun at the Raw Bar known for it's plentiful lobster roll. Grab your morning coffee at the coffee shop, or visit the other shops for some local shopping flair, ice cream, candy, or smoothies. There is miniature golf to be played or an outdoor summer concert series Thursday through Saturday night all in an intimate setting to enjoy. The village is a safe place for your children to explore or ride their bikes. There are nearby walking paths as well as a place to rent bicycles or kayaks. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. Mashpee Commons is a short drive away with dining, movie theatre, bowling and shops. The Cape Cod Baseball League is at its best one town away in Falmouth, and Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard is only a quick ferry-ride away. It’s a little piece of heaven right here on Cape Cod that we know you will love! Come and make memories to last a lifetime! Very family oriented. Also, this is a new rental with no reviews, but was fully booked for summer of 2021 under previous owner but managed by me which received great reviews. Note, for bookings in May to mid June, there is a possibility of beach replenishment occurring, causing the beach to be closed on weekdays. This should not affect nights and weekends. This is unfortunately beyond our control. The public beach is open and in use. Please inquire if you have any questions.

The place was a little smaller than I pictured but was cute and clean. We had 4 adults and it worked out fine. We enjoyed sitting out & having lunch on the patio. The beach really was close by & we were close to some shopping & great restaurants. The neighborhood and surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negatives were the sunlight from skylight got us up earlier than Id have liked & I wasn't happy about having to send a copy of my license to the owner but he was very nice and helpful to deal with. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We loved it! The location was perfect for us, close to our niece’s wedding venue, with very convenient beach access, and a short pleasant walk to the Marketplace. The cottage is charming, and very clean and comfortable. We would love to return!

We had a great stay at Jean’s condo!!! The beach was a very short walk. I especially enjoyed the patio. The outside furniture was wonderful. And I could view the ocean from there! Jean was very quick to respond to any problems! Great spot!!!

The house and location were perfect for our family of 3. Ocean views from the spacious patio and a very short walk down to the private beach. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas along with beach towels made packing so much easier. Also it was another short walk to the marketplace for coffee, groceries and restaurants. A/C in both bedrooms and having 2 full bathrooms was really nice. Jean was very helpful and communication was fantastic.

This location could not be more perfect and the patio is one of the largest in the village. Beautifully decorated inside and out with the beach literally steps away. Our family had the most wonderful and memorable time renting this cottage and we look forward to returning. Jean (John) was so incredible to communicate with, was attentive and flexible and made our experience that much more enjoyable. This is a gem!!!

We chose this unit due to its excellent location along the walking path to the beach. The beach is under a minute’s walk from the cottage, which was wonderful! The unit has a spacious patio with a nice outdoor stable. You can hear the waves from the patio when sitting outside at night. The unit was in good shape and well-equipped for a vacation stay, though a few furniture items looked well-used and could use replacing. You really can’t beat this location in Maushop. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it to others.

We were in town for a wedding at the inn at New Seabury and loved our stay! We really appreciated being so close to the venue while also able to walk right down to the beach and my son was thrilled with the collection of beach toys. The marketplace shops were adorable. This is a lovely cottage. Ocean views from almost every window and patio! Off season, so it was quiet and very enjoyable. So close to the beach and many activities. Owner was very attentive.

We had a very nice stay at Jean’s home in Maushop Village. Our first time staying in the area and we loved it. The home is as advertised, small and quaint and SO close to a very elderly and young child friendly beach. Jean was a great host and very responsive.

We've stayed in the area many times and this is a hidden gem. Literally steps from the beach in Maushop Village and nearby to the Marketplace. The hosts communicated with us throughout the process, check in/out was easy and straightforward. The sapce was lovely and very well maintained. Truly a fantastic spot!

Can’t say enough about the owner and this adorable cottage that was beautifully updated and has every amenity you could ask for. Love the patio too!!Great location too….literally steps to the beach. And close to the path to Popponesset Village. It’s a small cottage , but they all small are in Maushop Village. Can’t wait to go back!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Clean, tidy unit, steps from the beach. It was so close you could hear the ocean at night. The owners thought of everything and were great and easy to communicate with. Surprisingly roomy place. Would recommend!
