Our stay at the villa was perfect. Beautiful outdoor deck overlooking the golf course. Perfect area for our dogs and ourselves to unwind. Villa is beautifully appointed with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Kim was incredible - very responsive to all my questions.

Wonderful location close to everything we needed! Great beach to walk or drive 5 minutes to. Our host was absolutely awesome answered any questions we had and addressed any issues in a timely manner. She gives great details about the place and best restaurants etc…. Made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable. Was so happy we were able to also bring our dog with us 😉

My family has a great time staying at this condo in Hilton Head. Beautifully decorated and spacious condo made our stay very comfortable. Nice community and a quick walk, bike ride, or drive to the beach.
Kim was a great host! She was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!

We were in Hilton Head for our daughter’s wedding and needed a place close by the resort where the wedding was being held. This listing was ideal! It had lot’s of space and amenities. We were very close to the pool and tennis courts! The location was a short drive from all the places we needed to go. It worked out great!

Overall quite good. Suggestion would be to add ceiling fans in bedrooms and great room. We were not aware that there would be paper towels, salt/pepper, some small things. But we got them. Enjoyed stay.

Close to everything you want in Hilton Head! So many restaurants to explore and everything within walking distance to the beach. Kim is an excellent host!

A perfect spot for a weekend getaway! This house was a great location near shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Communication with the property owner was super easy and we got very quick responses to all of our questions prior to check-in.

The communication with the homeowner was well above what I could ask for! She was always prompt and went above and beyond what I expected. This location has a private beach access that is only a short drive or a 10 minute bike ride away. The access has bathrooms and a bar cart where you can purchase frozen drinks! Loved it!

Wonderful, wonderful villa and family reunion! We were so happy with 222 Evian and everything the villa and Hilton Head had to offer.
The accommodations were perfect for providing my family and Shadow/beloved pet a relaxing week away from home. The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything you could need for a get away was provided by the villa. The owner, Kim Griffin, was wonderful to work with and genuinely cared that we had a memorable experience during our stay:)

Summer Vacation
This condo is beautiful and accommodating. The condo has two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone. The floor concept made it easy for our crew of 3 to be able to easily be together to eat, play games, and watch TV. Getting to and from the beach was easy with a quick drive to a beach parking lot (you could walk). The condo is centrally located on the island and can get anywhere in 15 minutes. I would recommend this house to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience.

Great vacation
Clean and spacious. We enjoyed having a short .8 mile drive to the beach and great beach access from the parking lot. You could have walked or biked as well.

Convenient and Cozy Place
My family and I enjoyed staying at 222 Evian Way. The house had everything we needed and more including things our pet could use. The house was clean and was walking distance from the beach which allowed us to spend good time at the beach and doing other activities. I was able to stay in touch with Kim with any questions and she was very cordial and quick to respond. Thank you !

Great Property and Location
Our stay at this pet-friendly property was great. It was easy to communicate with the property owner who was quick to address our questions. Loved that there was a closet with beach toys for us to use. We had great access/parking to the Shipyard beach and the property was close to the Coligny Beach area. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Relaxing Vacation Retreat
This property was very clean and modern, and had a beautiful and calming beach vibe through and through! I appreciate all the attention to detail the owner the displayed from the heated vents in the bathroom to the closet of beach accessories for us to use. The owner was courteous, helpful and very quick to respond from before booking all the way until we checked out. The grounds of the villa compound had a retreat feel with the gold course, walking paths and ponds. It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back again!

Everything was so nice. Property is beautiful, quiet and convenient. The kitchen is very well stocked if you want to stay for a long time and make it home. And the neighborhood is safe. Everything for your convenience. And the host responded to my text instantly. Highly recommend this hope to come back another time pick. Because they have washer and dryer we were able to wash and dry the sheets and put the towels in the washer and get them washed for the house cleaning staff
