About this house rental
Situated in Durango, this attractive house for $623 per night is a great choice for your next trip. **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Our single level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Durango just 1.5 miles from the historic Downtown Durango and and 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area. Note the home is the top floor of a 3 story home with its own separate entrance. The hot tub, grill and deck are private for this home only. The owners live in the middle floor and have their own entrance. There is plenty of off street parking right in front of the entrance. The home features an evaporative air cooling system which keeps it plenty cool on those few days in summer where temps are above average. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath 2nd Bedroom - Queen 3rd Bedroom - Twin Bunk bed Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property in early July. We stayed in the top-floor unit. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and accommodated our family of six perfectly. The property owners, who live on the main floor, are the kindest and most gracious hosts. The home is a little over a mile from the downtown area, and has easy access to parking. I highly recommend this property.

The place was perfect for a Holiday weekend with friends . Very clean and and nice just as described and shown in the photos. The beds were great and the hotub was a nice bonus . We could Even walk into town in under 30 min if you wanted to. Would highly recommend!

Great neighborhood, close to town and hiking trails. Beautiful accommodations. Owners live on property and were kind and very friendly, while also letting us do our own thing. We hope to stay there again sometime!

Our family of 6 spent 4 days at this lovely rental. It was spacious, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy. We ran into the owners and they are super nice and friendly. We enjoyed talking with them about Durango and all that it has to offer. We would definately stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The beds were comfortable and the small kitchen was very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching the aspen leaves flutter in the breeze after a day of leaf peeping in the mountains.

We were in Durango for a family reunion. The location of the house was perfect for us. It is a very nice house. Since we were all adults we would have preferred that the smaller bedroom have a double bed.

We had a great time, the place was very nice, comfortable. We especially appreciated the basket of snacks and all the perks, I believe there was coffee, cream and orange juice. The only part that was a little weird was when we went into the hot tub the owners were in the kitchen which has a window that looks out onto the hot tub. It felt like we were intruding on their personal space. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

The O'Reilly Inn was a perfect landing spot for our time in Durango. Situated in a quiet residential area yet just minutes from charming Main street. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and spotless upon arrival. It was warm when we were there but the ceiling fans and a/c in the two main bedrooms made it very comfortable. The owners live in the middle unit and are extremely personable and love sharing the history of the home. The beds are very comfortable btw..The vacation rental group is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have even on a 3 day federal holiday. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Durango.

Perfect home-base for exploring Durango
O'Reilly's Inn had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay in Durango. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. Ample kitchen and bathroom amenities were provided. The kids loved exploring the playhouse outside. Location was very convenient, as we could walk to trails and it was just a quick drive to downtown. The owners were very friendly and had some great local tips for us. The breakfast basket was a lovely touch! We would happily stay here again.

Nice place
Owners have one of the highest capacity locations that is close to town and in good shape. Everything else that we found in a busy weekend was further from town. The house was very well done and had any amenities you need for a weekend close to Durango.

Total comfort and charm in Durango
We were comfortable and charmed by our accommodations. The location was ideal, shopping, dining, even walking trails nearby. The owner kindly let us in after we were accidentally locked out while Star-gazing! The hot tub was relaxing and the coffee, juice and fresh breakfast items were welcome. Couldn’t have been nicer.

Why can’t I give 6 stars?
The O’Reilly’s Inn is all that is described in the listing but much more. The very spacious apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood is impeccably clean, nicely decorated and full of light. The King size bed is very comfortable (not too hard, not too soft) covered in fine linens and a down comforter. Towels are fluffy and plentiful. The owner KIt welcomed us warmly upon arrival and I wish we would have seen her again before our departure to thank her for opening up her home. If we spend time in Durango again we will be staying at the O’Reilly’s Inn.

Beautiful home, close to town and located in quiet residential neighborhood.
Wonderful place to stay! There was a large open living room to gather with beautiful heated hardwood floors throughout. It has a relaxing deck with comfortable chairs to relax and take in the views of the surrounding aspen trees. There was an extremely comfortable king size bed in the master suite with heated tile floors in the master bath. Great place to stay we plan on returning for a longer stay in the future.

We loved the place. Our family of 4 were very comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the river trails and downtown. The layout of the unit was ideal. We also used the BBQ grill and hot tub on several occasions. The owners were very nice and helpful in offering details on hikes and area attractions. We had a nice time in Durango.

Beautiful home.
May be the most beautiful home in Durango. VERY clean and roomy. Perfect for our family of 5. A nice evening walk to downtown for dinner. Only down-side is lack of central AC which would be a plus on the hot summer days.
Overall, we loved our stay and the O'Reilly home added to our enjoyment.

Great location, wonderful stay
This location was perfect for us. Close proximity to hiking trails as well as everything downtown Durango has to offer. The house was comfortable and the owners were super friendly. Property manager was prompt to respond to the one small request we needed to make while we were there. We’d definitely stay again!
