Nestled in Garden City, this attractive house for $507 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Mermaid’s Delight: breathtaking, unobstructed oceanfront views from every level in this luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom resort-like home. You'll never want to leave this house full of amenities with a spacious living/dining room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and with bonus shaded patio under the house to beat the summer heat. Located directly next to private beach access and the pool. It’s your home away from home perfectly situated for fun at the beach! The space You'll arrive at Mermaid's Delight to find a large open-covered bonus space with a picnic table and bench for hanging out on those hot summer days. Under the stairs leading to the front door you will find a treasure trove of beach toys and chairs to enjoy during your stay. As you ease through the front door with electronic keypad access, you will first find the main level bedroom on your left, which boasts 2 twins over full bunk beds, then on your right, you will find the main level full bathroom as you make your way to the open kitchen, dining, and living room. From the open common area, you can go through one of two large sliding glass doors that invite you to relax on the first-level deck. You can easily walk through the gate on the main level deck, and down the stairs to find yourself with two great options: jump in the pool or walk onto the beach (can't go wrong!). Back inside the house, head upstairs to the second level to find the back bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed attached to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom shared with the 2nd master bedroom. Down the hall, you will pass the washer/dryer laundry closet as you arrive at the 2nd master bedroom. Enjoy full ocean views from the 2nd master bedroom while you relax in the king-size bed or twin day bed, or open the large sliding glass door to spend some time on the second-level deck watching for your mermaid friends! Across the hall is the master bedroom with a private full ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed, workspace, and a large sliding glass door to the second-level balcony. Guest access Tandem parking is located under the house and on the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Other things to note Home rental includes pillows, comforters, and blankets. Guests may bring their linens and towels, or utilize our 3rd party professional linen service to have a complete set of linens and towels delivered to the house for $150, details provided after booking. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals, however, no consumable products (oil, coffee, etc.) are provided for the health and safety of our guests. All bedrooms include TVs with Rokus for you to stream your preferred subscription service. House boasts mesh WiFi throughout powered by HTC Fiber 500Mbpsx500Mbps internet. Most other homes in the neighborhood only have 20Mbps cable internet. 10 houses share the private pool, which is heated from April through October.

Quiet and calm place to stay! Pool is right off the porch and so convenient. Also heated. House was immaculate. Only downside is the joining shower upstairs runs out of hot water quick! Besides that everything was perfect!

Overall we had a nice stay. The location is great and mostly what you are paying for. The house is right next to the boardwalk and pool. Beautiful ocean views from the porch. The AC broke midway through our stay. They had it fixed within a few hours. It broke again our last day and they were not able to fix before we left which was disappointing.

This house was perfect for our family of 16! It was clean and well stocked. The pool was closer than it appeared and never crowded, which was perfect for the younger grandkids. The beach access was WOW! We were so close we could sit on the porch and feel like we were on the beach!!! Awesome vacation!!! Hope to do it again!

Wonderful location right on the beach! Beautiful clean home with plenty of room. Gorgeous views . Only down side was our older family member had a little trouble climbing the steps. But perfect place for a vacation!

Mermaid's Delight was definitely delightful. I traveled with three other women. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We spent many happy hours sitting on the deck watching the sunrises and the pink in the sky of the sunsets behind us. We walked the beach and watched the people walking the beach. The house was centrally located--20 minutes to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, or the outlet malls, or Pawley's Island.. We didn't do a lot of cooking but the kitchen met our needs. My only complaint is the TV setup. It is only Roku/streaming so no access to local news/weather, and for us older people who still have cable TV, it was frustrating. But truly, that was our only complaint. We would definitely stay at Mermaid's Delight again. We loved it!!

The house was great and a very comfortable fit for our family of 12! Loved that it is right on the beach and the views were priceless. We had teenagers and two four year olds with us and 6 adults. It was so nice having the convenience of the beach right there for the kids to go out by themselves and we could watch from the balcony! The place was extremely clean and well stocked with all kitchen needs. Anytime I had a question for the owners they answered right away. Overall it was a great trip and we will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, nice private beach steps away. Comfortable accommodations, rooms are a good size and they optimized the space with bunk beds. Top bunks are squeaky but ok for kids. Shared bath could use upgrading. Had issues with a clogged drain but the owner responded quickly and got someone over to fix it within 2 days. Linens and towels were extra and are left outside for guests to make the beds. Would have liked the linens to be included and already on the beds. The pool was very convenient and a nice size. Good alternative on extra hot beach days. Two balconies off the house face the ocean, great for morning coffee or happy hour! (Air conditioning was exceptional with two zones.)
