Great to watch the monkeys from the back porch. Close to everything. We appreciated the hosts and how responsive and helpful they were.

I really don't know where to start on how amazing this property is! I will start with the hosts...they were always in contact before and during our stay and responded immediately to any questions that we had. They made our stay so comfortable and easy. The location of this house is about 1.5 miles off the main road and in the jungle. We even walked from the house to the La Fortuna Waterfall and back for a total of 5 miles walk (it wasn't easy, but so worth it!) The house itself is brand new and so modern and up to date. Big windows everywhere and the AC was perfect! The laundry facility was outstanding and we were thankful to have it! Our favorite part was the wildlife that is all around the house. We arrived in the evening and there were frogs in the front yard and the fireflies were so awesome! The monkeys cross in the trees behind the house a couple times per day and there are so many toucans and macaws. The wildlife that we saw from either our bedroom, kitchen or the backyard patio was unreal. I can't say enough about how spoiled we were at this home that it made it hard to leave. If we come back again we would most definitely stay here!

We had such an amazing visit to Casa Armonia. The property was outstanding - neat, clean, secure, private, and luxurious. We had a large group - 2 families, several kids/toddlers, and 2 older single siblings. We all loved the enormous glass windows and doors that looked right out to the rainforest. Waking up to that was just breathtaking. Then we would eat breakfast on one of the many patios, or sit in the hammock and enjoy the nature all around us. The location is ideal IMO for visiting the La Fortuna area. You are literally minutes from the main downtown area where there are abundant restaurants and activities. But you are also already down the road to several adventures - including the Fortuna Waterfall, Chocolate Tour, and Chato Volcano Hike, among others. The area was immensely fun and we can't wait to come back. The hosts were incredible - Silvia and Evan communicated with us all along the way, providing easy and seamless check-out and check-in. They also helped connect us with people and activities in the area. We had some issue with our rental car and Silvia went out of her way to help us find other alternatives. There is a small gravel drive the last part of the way to the property, but the standard 5 and 7 seater cars we used had no struggle getting up at all (non-4 wheel drive). I actually loved the location - a perfect balance of remote and private, which still close to all of the fun in La Fortuna. Thank you so much Silvia and Evan for an incredible trip!
