Location, Location, Location. This gorgeous Ocean Walk condo is situated in the perfect location on Hilton Head Island. It is a short 6-8 minute walk (.3 miles) to the beach. It is also an easy walk, bike, or car ride to Coligny Plaza (.7 miles) where the restaurants, shops, and entertainment are second to none. This is a beautifully remodeled and updated 2 BR/2 BA condo on the 3rd floor of Ocean Walk, which is 10th row from the ocean (0.35 miles). There is an elevator with a luggage cart available in the building which makes it easy to pack and unpack your things. You will thoroughly enjoy the updated roomy kitchen that is fully stocked with amenities such as a keurig, a regular coffee pot, and plenty of cooking pots and pans. The open layout allows the kitchen to flow directly into the family room that has a comfortable couch and nice appropriately decorated with beach decor. A porch is right off the family room where you can enjoy a meal outdoors or just enjoy the amazing Lowcountry weather. The spacious primary King bedroom is located just off of the family room and has an en suite with a shower/tub combo. One of the standout features of this particular unit is the "lock off" option that gives this condo a lot of flexibility. Just off of the kitchen is a sitting area, garnished with a comfortable couch and TV. Included in this area is a kitchenette that has a refrigerator, sink, and mini microwave. If you go past the kitchenette you will find the second queen bedroom with shower/tub combo. There is a nice porch with Adirondack chairs off of this 2nd bedroom to sit and enjoy HHI and the Lowcountry ocean air. This lock--off is great for teens, grandparents or anyone that needs to have their own space and relax. Ocean Walk has a conveniently located indoor pool (heated) and as well as an outdoor pool that you can enjoy at your leisure. The indoor pool also has a spacious hot tub for your enjoyment. There are also tennis courts on property that are available for guests to use. There is a max of 2 cars for this unit. Once you book, please let us know how many cars you will be bringing. We will have a hang tag for you in the unit upon your arrival that you will put in your car. The condo is located right near Coligny Plaza (7/10 of a mile) where there are many wonderful shops and restaurants to enjoy. There is a walking path that will lead you directly to the beach from Coligny. There is also an amazing brand new state of the playground that has a pirate ship theme just around the corner from Coligny called the Celebration Park. This is a great place to unwind after a long day at the beach. There is an open quad where you can either put blanket down and enjoy the evening, or throw a football and frisbee with friends and family. There are also benches, and picnic tables located underneath a covered area giving you the option to eat and enjoy a snack or meal. Hilton head is also known for it's many biking trails and sidewalks; You can enjoy a short bike ride from the condo down to the shops and restaurants at Coligny, as well as beautiful Sea Pines where the famous Harbourtown lighthouse is located, and is also home to the Championship golf course at Harbourtown, where the PGA Heritage golf tournament is played annually. The property was very clean and updated. The close proximity to the beach and Coligny is awesome. The only thing I would suggest is having a second key fob for families that are staying here. We had a great time!

We loved everything about this place… the decor, cleanliness, location, etc. There were five of us. Our son, daughter-in-law, and one year stayed in the lock off part which was very spacious, and also added some privacy. We never used our car once we arrived. It’s an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. There is also an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool. Highly recommend!

This was our family's first trip to Hilton Head and I had no idea what to expect. I did a lot of research about the island but did not know anything about the properties in the area. This was a good choice. Normally we like to have a private entrance for vacation for easy access. It was a bit challenging checking in because everyone was checking in around the same time. We had to wait for a cart to help us get our belongings up the elevator in one trip. Then wait for the elevator and there was quite a line, also the indoor pool made the "lobby" very muggy. Once we were in the condo and settled in we used the stairs to enter and exit. The location was perfect, just an 8 minute walk to the beach. (go to the right and you will see the walkway that will take you between the two hotels and right onto the beach) The beach was fabulous. Not overly crowded like Myrtle can get at times and canopies are permitted.
The house was very clean and roomy for my 16 year old and his friend. We had a space to be together and then they had a space to play video games and be teenagers.
Beds were very comfortable and linens clean. One negative, you can hear the toilet flush above you, which woke up my husband a few times. Used the deck a lot, which we normally do not do. I would suggest to the owner to remove the metal table and replace with a converstaion couch. Table is too big. Property manager was responsive & friendly to work with. Overall a wonderful stay, would defintely stay again.

The 3 of us really enjoyed our stay here over the week of July 4th. The place was clean and spacious, and we utilized the outdoor and indoor pools a lot to beat the heat. Check in and out process was very easy. We had a few requests that we reached out about, and Jon the property manager stopped on the 4th to take care of them. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The rooms were nice and spacious and perfect for our group. The indoor pool was a nice place to spend time and rarely ever crowded.
The walk to the beach was simple and the chairs, towels and umbrella helped a ton. The location was convenient to many restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely time staying at this property for our spring break trip. Great location, short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the hot tub and indoor pool. The unit was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Jon was very responsive to our inquiry about the Internet before we booked. We would recommend an extra fob, but otherwise we had no complaints.

Really enjoyed our stay at this recently updated condo. Owners were extremely responsive to any questions. They let us know that the condo was ready for occupation earlier than expected were able to accommodate a later check out request at the last minute. Beds were extremely comfortable. Having the lock-out addition made us feel as though we had two separate apartments. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary basics. Walk to the beach was easy. We also walked to Coligny Plaza a couple of times. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful listing!!! The pictures are exactly as the property is in person. Check-In process was extremely easy, directions were very easy to follow, and thankfully the facility had an elevator as this location is on the 3rd floor. I will add entering the building with only one key fob was slightly difficult at time with two separate families, but we managed. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and lock-off room was beautiful and perfect for our two families. We did expect to be able to access the beach by walking, although ending up driving/biking to Coligny Plaza/Beach - GORGEOUS - which isn’t far to access the water. Parking was easy and the walk wasn’t bad all. The beach chairs were comfortable, although there wasn’t much sitting with a 3yo & 18 month old. We did explore the indoor pool the first day, as it rained, but thankful for that opportunity and never did see the outdoor pool. We rented bikes from Pedals - great experience there and they even delivered and picked up the bikes! Great bike parking at OceanWalk as well. The community is lovely, the local restaurants were great. We ate in for breakfast and lunch, found our way around the kitchen just fine and dined out for our dinners. Check-Out was just as simple, although I will say REMEMBER to turn in your parking permits! It is not included on the Check-Out List and would be super helpful. We ended up locking up and finalizing everything, rounding Coligny when I saw it in my husband’s rear view mirror and thought, shoot… we’ve got to turn around and lock up all again. So, one little hiccup and not even a bad one at that. Would 1000% recommend - Jon was personable, called as soon as we arrived to be sure we were settling, and very responsive throughout our entire stay! Thanks so much, Strebe’s for our family vacation!!!

We had a great stay at this unit in Ocean Walk. It’s in a very convenient location.. less than a mile to all the shops and restaurants at Coligny. The condo is set up very nicely if there are 2 families staying. The lockout room has its own fridge and wet bar; a very nice addition to the space. This is an older complex but this particular unit has very nice upgrades. The building is private and quiet, an indoor pool with hot tub as well as an outdoor pool. Quick walk to the beautiful beach! Would definitely come back.

The condominium was perfect for my family of 5. We have 3 teenagers. The bedroom set up was great. It was a little tight to walk through the second space with the sofa bed open, but we managed. My daughters loved having their own balcony. The location was great. Less than 5 minute bike ride to the beach and less than 10 minutes to Coligny. Overall, a perfect beach week. We had a fantastic time.

Great overall experience! Strong 5 stars. A little bit overpriced for one family as this spatious double unit could be easily and comfortable used by 2 small families. Each bedroom has its own leaving room, kitchen/half kitchen and a bathroom. Description and pictures are corresponding to the reality. Comunication with the host was great and efficient. With the location in a center of the social life of the island and in the immidiate proximity to the Ocean, you get the most from your vacation.

Bonus area, very clean and quiet
Two spacious bedrooms plus a bonus area with couch, tv, small frig and microwave. This “lock-out” area gives extra privacy for 2 adult couples. Condo is on 3rd floor but even during peak season we had little waits for elevator. Nice indoor pool/hot tub for rainy days. Short walk to beach.

This condo was perfect for our visit. The layout was fantastic for my teenage children who enjoy staying up much later than I do. They had their separate space (bedroom, bathroom; closet; and seating area with pull-out sofa, refrigerator, microwave and tv). They loved the "freedom."
The condo was equipped with a majority of what you would need for at least the first couple/few days. The washer/dryer in the unit was extremely helpful. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. The condo was extremely clean. The mattresses where very comfortable. There is a duo Keurig coffee machine which was convenient that you could brew a full pot with ground coffee, or use pods.
It was beautiful to sit on the balcony(ies) and see the sun rise over the trees, there were several hours in the first part of the day with sun. Then cooler for evenings sitting outside. It was a bit tight for seating more than 4 people in the living room at one time, but we were mostly out and about and not in the condo too much. There is the separate living room area as well for seating. I noticed all the cookware was in really good condition. The indoor pool was a very good temperature and size, the indoor hot tub was hot (perhaps a bit too hot at times, but really hit the spot). The outside pool was a good size as well, but this is not heated and it was not warm enough during our visit to enjoy this one; although my boys did jump in and try. Four oversized high quality beach towels are also provided. We were even greeted with a welcome basket when we arrived in the condo, which was a generous and welcoming gesture.
It was within walking distance of Coligny, with plenty of well-maintained sidewalks to walk or bike on. Coligny was a fun area to go to with numerous shopping areas, ice cream, and several restaurants. I would not recommend Wild Wing Cafe, but Frosty Frog Cafe was great. The public beach is right there as well.
There is a bike rental about a block away that worked out so good for the teenagers to get out and about on their own. The beach was also a very quick, scenic, and relaxing walk; about .3 miles.
We also drove to Harbour Town which is less than 4 miles from the condo. That was beautiful. We had dinner at The Crazy Crab, which was delicious. But a heads up, there is a $9 fee per vehicle at the gate to enter this part of the island.
We would definitely return to this condo when visiting Hilton Head Island in the future.

We had a great stay at Ocean Walk! The condo was wonderful and clean. We really enjoyed the layout with the lockoff so grandma had her own space to escape and relax away from the kiddo. The indoor pool was a huge hit on the days it was too cold to enjoy the beach. The location was awesome, we could easily walk to the beach/restaurants/park. We would definitely stay in this condo again the next time we come to Hilton Head!
