Situated in Music Row, this attractive condo for $149 per night is a great option for your next trip. Summary: Stay at The Vinyl, located in the heart of Nashville's famous Music Row! The Vinyl is centrally located in one of the most best areas of Nashville. We're two blocks from Vanderbilt, three blocks from Belmont University, and a short walk to the bars and restaurants in the Gulch. We're also an 8 minute drive to the legendary Honky Tonks on Broadway, or to the fantastic shopping and dining in 12 South. Or simply walk out your front door and take in the sights and sounds of Nashville's iconic Music Row! The Space: Our garden suite apartment is fully furnished and recently renovated with all new paint, lighting, and furniture. Enjoy an incredible sleep on our brand new, king-sized bed featuring a 14" luxury mattresses and premium linens. Our garden suite features a private terrace overlooking Music Row. The terrace holds a designer, four person dining for guests to enjoy dinner or drinks overlooking the Row! The suite also has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'd need for dining in! We have stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, microwave, oven and range, along with all-new cutlery and plates. We also offer professional chefs knives for those who love to cook! Keurig coffee is provided free of charge. If you need a break from the Nashville scene, you can stream your favorite shows on our brand new 65" 4K smart TV. Our fiber optic internet is super fast and reliable, and is perfect if you have to work during your stay. The suite sleeps four comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the bedroom, and a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. We also offer complementary use of our on-site laundry, featuring commercial-quality washers and driers. While you're here, you can also enjoy our new common courtyard, complete with firetables, lawn games, and bistro seating -- great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine before you hit the town. As the courtyard fronts on to Music Row, it's also a great spot for people watching and soaking in the Music Row vibe. Be sure to give a wave at the folks in the tour busses as they drive down the Row! The Vinyl on Music Row has everything you'll need for an excellent stay, including: - Contact-free check-in - Super-fast WiFi - Fresh towels and bathroom essentials - Pre-cleaning before your arrival - Fully equipped kitchen - Private parking - Communal courtyard with firetables, bistro seating, and yard games. Come and enjoy your stay at the Vinyl on Music Row! Guest Access: Parking is located behind the property and is accessed off the alley. You can access the alley from Grand Avenue or Tremont Avenue, which are located to the north and south of the property, respectively. The Neighborhood: Nashville's Music Row has given rise to epic successes and shaped the future of one of music's most popular genres. It is home to an artistic community unlike any other in the world. Music Row is Nashville's Most Famous Neighborhood, nestled amongst music studios and radio stations, and located only 1.4 miles from Broadway. Music Row offers you the best of Nashville, and is just far enough away from the action on Broadway to allow for a peaceful sleep. There are many pedestrians, cyclists, and joggers along with folks walking their animals and enjoying the safeness of our neighborhood. You will love it here! Getting Around: Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so. Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row. The WeGo Public Transit provides hourly service between downtown and the airport seven days a week. One-way fares between the airport and downtown available $2-6. In town, WeGo provides bus services in and out of downtown and throughout the city. All day, unlimited-ride passes are also available. Music City Central, the downtown transit station, is located at 400 Charlotte Avenue. Interaction with Guests: Christy is our property manager. Please feel free to contact her at any time. This place was very cute, even the pull out couch was comfortable! The kitchen had all the needed amenities and it was be dry clean! My only complaint is that we got two different door codes and when I asked for confirmation of which was correct, I never got an answer. Additionally, we were checking out really early and I messaged to ask for any check out instructions and did not get a response.

The property is nice and was clean and well stocked.A couple of things to consider though. We were on the bottom floor which we thought would be good since there’s no elevator but turns out parking is on the top floor making loading and unloading up and down 2 flights of stairs a little much. Upstairs neighbor was pretty loud all hours of the night. I’d stay again but upstairs!

The place was just as it looks online, very clean, very cute and cozy. The location was good as well- walking distance from a coffee shop! Parking was easy and accessible. Property managers were great with communication and kept me updated on everything I needed to know! I would totally stay here again if I am ever in Nashville again!

My friend and I went on a long weekend girls trip. We had the most amazing stay right from the time we walked in to our place! It was beautiful and the perfect size for us 2! We spent a lot of time on the balcony too. It was a very quiet neighborhood at night and was in a very safe location. The local coffee shop and tavern were a few of our favorites too. We will definitely be returning!

Property managers were great with communication and kept me updated on everything I needed to know! I would totally stay here again if I am ever in Nashville again!

The rental unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Communication with property management was excellent. It is located on historic Music Row. You should be aware that this is a short ride, and about 30 minute walk, from the Broadway district. There is not much else in terms of entertainment or convenience stores in the immediate neighborhood. However lots of good stuff can be found in the nearby Belmont U and Vanderbilt areas. The Gulch is another recommended area, about a twenty minute walk. You should also be aware of the considerable construction going on all over the city, including right next door to the property. All things considered, we can highly recommend.

It was perfect for what we needed, a cozy clean lil place. It is located close to the crazy but far enough away that you don't hear it. You might need the earplugs due to upstairs occupants or other vacationers who come in late, the walls are a little thin.

This was a perfect spot for a few days while we waited for the rest of our group to arrive. Not in the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to The Gulch to walk. Space was clean, cozy and comfortable. Owners were very communicative before, during and after our stay.

Nice property and mgmt. Great location. Very safe area. Paid more than most probably bc it was a popular weekend. Maybe I had higher expectations bc of the higher price, but can hear every step the people above you take and some conversations. It took 2nd gen air pod pros in my ears playing white noise to not hear it and go to sleep.

We were only in town for a day and a half (2 nights) and this apartment was exactly what we needed. Great location walkable to several eateries. Great patio / outdoor space to unwind in the evenings. It was way more economical than a hotel and we loved the privacy/quietness (despite the noisy construction happening nearby). Host and check in/checkout process was very helpful and seamless.

We had a fabulous time in Nashville...only 3 days but we packed in a lot. If you don't mind walking you can avoid paying for parking. We walked to many bars ( must go to Jason Aldeen's roof top) , the gulch and the foot
bridge. The Tennessee legislature was also incredible. Our host was very sweet and made sure we were comfortable. The kitchen is very tiny but enough to make an easy meal. The place was spotless. I would highly recommend the location. The outdoor fireplace and lounge area were a hit on our gorgeous February vacay. We hope to return!

I definitely recommend this place!!
First off, the bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever had away from home - no hotel or vrbo has even come close. We travel a lot and almost always come home with back aches because the beds are so hard but not here!! The sound machine was also helpful as the apartment is right next to the road and construction areas. We slept so well. Almost hard to get out of bed in the morning!
The place was very clean and well stocked for 2 of us. The location was perfect as well! A quick Uber to broadway or a short walk to a few bars in the neighborhood. We enjoyed Losers and Hopsmith (especially the brunch!).

This is a very nice place. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway but close enough to enjoy it. Also the amenity of the outside fire pit and chairs made it nice on a clear night.

We had a great stay on Music Row! We were close to everything, we felt very safe & secure & the property was very clean. Christy, the property manager, was very responsive. We had trouble with the code when we arrived on Thanksgiving & she answered our call right away & got us in, even on a holiday. We’d love to stay here again if we got the chance!

Overall, a great experience! The location was near Vandy and a decent walk to and from downtown. A few blocks from The Gulch, but perfect for me. Amazing coffee at OSA coffee stand 2 blocks away. I’ll be back, for sure.

The property itself was adorable. Perfect for our needs. The construction immediately next to the property was not. If you are up and out early and gone for the day no problem. But if your looking to sleep late after a late night on Broadway, not gonna happen.
