This is the quintessential mountain retreat. With more than 5,000 square feet of living space, this vacation rental combines the best alpine charm with modern amenities. Highlights include a large chef's kitchen, a fun game room, and a mountain-view balcony with a hot tub and firepit. Light the grill for group barbecues, or curl up by the fireplace inside. You'll be situated on the ski hill, so go skiing at the end of the street or drive to the heart of Granby, home to local shops, tasty restaurants, and outdoor activities. Winter Park is about 20 miles away for added fun. For warmer months, explore hiking trails and riverside scenery. Golfers will appreciate being less than three miles from the Granby Ranch Golf Course. Gather in the welcoming living area, where high ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light. Stretch out on the sectional while watching movies on the large TV. Fix drinks at the wet bar and relax by the glow of the gas fireplace. The game room has a Ping-Pong table, a putting green, and a well-equipped wet bar with a mini-fridge and a dishwasher. An additional living area features a TV and a wet bar. The gleaming chef's kitchen has everything you need to prepare hearty meals. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a roomy French-door fridge. There is bar seating and a dining table for eating indoors. Outside, enjoy sweeping mountain views from the furnished balcony, take an indulgent soak in the hot tub, share stories around the gas firepit, or light up the gas grill and dine alfresco. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, a crib, Pack 'n Play, and a high chair are provided. The sprawling layout sets the bedrooms far apart, ensuring your group's utmost privacy. The primary suite is furnished with a California king bed and a TV. There are three more suites, including one with balcony access. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Due to severe owner allergies, guests traveling with service animals are kindly requested to choose another property. This house has a three-story layout. The property is not equipped with air-conditioning. A heated pool and additional hot tub access for a fee is available at the Clubhouse. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles. Security camera details: There are three security cameras outside the property. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We loved staying at this beautiful home. It has lots of bedrooms and full baths and fun things to do, including a nice hot tub. We had a fairly large family group (four couples and one single) and this house accommodated us in wonderful fashion.

This cabin slept 11 of us comfortably. We lost hot water on the second day there and because of the delay, we missed out on part of our time at the ski resort along with several of us not being able to shower until later in the evening. The wifi was also very spotty, especially on the tv and in the living room area. These two things should be fixed for future visitors as it can put a damper on the trip. When I asked for some type of solution in regard to the hot water debacle, I wasn’t exactly given an answer I’d expect to hear for customer satisfaction purposes. All in all, I’d probably stay elsewhere on our next group trip.

Great family home for family gatherings. We had 13 people in our party and there was enough room for all. House was in perfect condition. Close to the slopes and shopping. Will definitely return to this house!

The place was perfect! Extremely spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. There are hiking and biking trails right out the door, and the location is great for skiing during the season. With a grocery store and gas just down the road and great dining options a close drive away, it's everything you could ask for and more!

This place is HUGE! Each room has a decent sized bed and either its own bathoom or shared with just one other room. We didn't feel cramped at all filling up all the rooms. Super toddler friendly, each staircase has a latching door so no baby gates needed. The high chair hangs from the table though and we couldn't get it to work with the table. Some guests said they didn't feel like the kitchen was fully stocked, but the kitchen itself was amazing. Just up the hill from skiing and groceries and a short drive to the YMCA of the Rockies. We loved it!
