About this house rental
Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th $725 (3 night Minimum) Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $600 (2 night minimum, excluding holidays) Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $500 (2 night minimum, excluding holidays) All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate. April 2024 Eclipse may be charged up to three times the peak rate. Cuatro Cantina, Newly Remodeled. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better at The Frio, this happens! If you loved Cuatro before, you'll definitely leave wanting more after you see the amazing work that was done here! This 5 bedroom 3 bath is perfect for all of your days on the Frio! Now with a half bath outside, giving you that easy access. An updated playscape for the kiddos to enjoy! The home is 2 stories – 4 bedrooms downstairs and one “bunk room” upstairs. The home has a roomy kitchen and separate dining area to enjoy those great Frio family dinners. There is also a great eating bar in the kitchen area with plenty of extra seating. There are TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and outdoors on the patio. Lets not forget about the TV upstairs to keep the little one entertained on a smart TV. Outside you will have many extras. The pool has several built in stools, a sitting ledge for your enjoyment, and is safety fenced for a peace of mind with small children. The covered patio area has additional seating. There is a flat screen TV, fridge, BBQ pit, and new fire pit. During the winter we do offer the option to keep the pool heated at an extra cost of $175, with a 3 day minimum. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available. Bedroom 1- King Bedroom 2- 2 Queen Bedroom 3- Queen Bedroom 4- 1 Queen bunk, 1 twin "Bunk Room" - 1 Queen, 1 Queen bunk, 1 Twin. NOTE: If it is an all adult group (18 years +) then ALL GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER! This information is located on our “Printable Version” of the Policies & Procedures What to Bring. LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided. TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels. CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property. PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware. SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches. Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans. The house was dirty, the pool was dirty. There was trash in the yard, which needed to be mowed. Had to call the office for them to pick up trash. The refrigerator door handle was broken off. Overall a nice property, but not taken care of.

Walking in the house was amazing. It’s in a good location and beautiful (note: neighbors are really close on both sides so not much privacy and lots of loud conversations being heard) but that didn’t bother us. The house was perfect size - can easily fit 4 families comfortably. Living room is small but we didn’t spend much time in there. Outside furniture was amazing. Loved the set up. Some issues we had that we did discuss with management were:-The floor was very dirty - don’t walk barefoot - your feet will get black (but hopefully they will mop more frequently) -The pool was kinda dirty- needed to be filtered and a group before us left lots of trash in pool that got into the filter so we cleaned that out. But kids had fun so it served its purpose. If they can fix these minor details we would love to come back and stay again.

This place is beyond extraordinary! It has everything you may need or can think of! Very clean and well maintained. Customer service is down the road if needed. Enjoyed, pool, volleyball court & playscape!We also made arrangements with Andy's Tours to float the frio river. Manuel our driver was very helpful and you can't beat getting picked and dropped off our vacation destination! Can't wait to visit again!

My friends and I absolutely loved Cuatro Cantina! There was plenty of space for everyone to fit comfortably. We spent most of our time in the backyard area because it was perfect for entertaining. We opted to get the pool heated so we could enjoy it all weekend. The house was clean and welcoming. We’d definitely love to visit again!

I rented this house last year for my daughter’s 40th birthday party. I was called the morning that we were to arrive and was told a pipe had broke and they would look for us another house. Never heard back until around 3.00 that you had given me bad info and it wasn’t my house that had the broken pipe. All our guests had already been called and cancelled. I was not given any refund for that day. This year I was called and said I was late checking out. I told you I was checking in not out. You just said wrong guest. The swimming pool was so cloudy that you could see the bottom and there were beer bottles in the filter. We were not able to swim in the pool for 2 days. Never once did someone say I am sorry. This was an expensive place and we wasted two days with no pool. I will never use your service again and I will let everyone know on Facebook about the experience.

We love this house! We rent 3 houses (11 families in total) close to each other and this house is always our go to for night time! The patio area is amazing and so much space. We love the upstairs loft area for older kids to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Cuatro Cantina. We had 3 families stay for 3 nights with plenty of room. This property is great if you have kids there is plenty to entertain them on property. Close driving to float the river and couple of miles if that to sit in river at 7 Bluffs Crossing! Only negative thing is you have to go check in and out at different location and could not sign papers ahead of time with all the rules not a keyless entry.

The house was great, but the pool was not a good experience. We didn't have heated water, which we paid $500 for, until late Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning. Then starting Wednesday afternoon the water started to get pretty cloudy. It was reported to the management company who notified the pool company. They came out and said the pool filter was cracked, but said it was ok to still swim. The next day, Thursday, they came back to add extra chlorine tabs "to make the water as safe as possible." By the end of the day on Saturday everyone had either started throwing up or had diarrhea. I just felt that the pool should've been thoroughly inspected before we arrived. I spent a lot of my oney to be able to swim in a heated pool, which I only found with this rental. I would only recommend if the pool issues were addressed.

As always, peaceful, tranquil and amazing memories made, ONLY downfall, and nothing to do with rental is that our hitch cargo carrier was stolen from property in broad daylight. While we were outside in back.. other than that all was good. Maybe cameras needed just for vehicles.

Awesome place for kids and adults love that the pool is fenced from the outdoor living area instead of together safer with the little ones, we spent most of the time outdoors plenty of seating we had 20 in our group including kids, heated pool was a hit( was extra for that ), have stayed at different rentals with frio river rentals loved the awesome back door view

We stayed in Cuatro Cantina, it is a beautiful home and met all of our families needs. We had plenty of space to spread out and everyone loved the swimming pool and our kiddos enjoyed the playground. When we arrived the home was clean and had music playing, which we thought was a nice welcome home! We would definitely stay in this home again.

My family enjoyed our stay tremendously, we had a great time in the pool, in the play yard and in the cabana area. The cabana was very spacious and had enough seating for our big group.
Recommendations--
1. consider adding a half-bath in the cabana area so the guests don't trail wet thru the house to go to the bath. And a half bath or full bath in the upstairs bedroom.
2. If at all possible bring down the TV in the living area down, it is too high.
3. I understand that the house is in a developing area, but we saw two scorpions in the house, so constant fumigating.
4. Make sure your cleaning company is actually cleaning after each guest leaves, one of the mini refrigerators outside had food that was left behind from other guests. And the second mini refrigerator smelled bad (we threw the food away and rinsed out the second mini fridge).
5. There was not enough space to place our non-refrigerated food, maybe you can consider placing a pantry or shelves between bedroom 1 and 2 (we brought our non perishables in totes and placed the totes in that area without them bothering anyone).
We were pleasantly surprise to find 3 full refrigerators, it gave us the needed room for all our food and beverages.
GREAT PLACE TO STAY AT OVERALL.

Check in check out very easy reservations were easy to make AC unit had to be recharged house was hot the first six hours we were there outside icemaker did not work after they worked on it Great lawn furniture nice pool Great outside area with plenty of seating great dear watching early in the morning. The house was very dirty hair in the bathtubs and on the shower curtains. Hair and dust in the corners of the floor dust all over the walls. top of the fire place mantle was very dirty.
