Game Garage. The Event Flex Space requires pre-approval and an additional fee. The mobile home near the gated entrance to the property (at bottom of the hill) is not for guest use. Please don’t disturb long-term tenants in the mobile home. The main home is at the top of the hill and is a good 10-15 min walk from the gated entrance. WILDLIFE: You are encouraged to remain on the manicured areas of the property. Being nestled within the heart of the Hill Country, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings and take caution while driving. You may also encounter other residents of the Hill Country like bugs, spiders, scorpions, and mice, which can sometimes make their way inside. We utilize pest control services regularly BUT this does not guarantee that you won’t see a pest or bug. PARKING: Keep in mind that the narrow and winding driveway up to the estate is often frequented by deer and other wildlife so be careful when driving (especially at night). Please feel free to use the covered barn for parking, located on the backside of the event flex space, or park on the driveway in front of the garage game room.
