The Sachem trail is a beginner-rated trail, making this a great location even if you haven't mastered your skiing skills. This retreat features a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and inviting living and dining areas. The living room is the perfect place to snuggle and warm up by the wood-burning fireplace after a fun-filled day on the slopes. Book this condo for a cozy escape teeming with outdoor adventure. THINGS TO KNOW This condo does not have air conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Although nicely located and well appointed, we were there for 5 nights and had no cable tv connection in any of the 3 bedrooms for 4 of the 5 nights. Vacasa help was called/texted with for the 4 days and then on the evening of the 4th day cable was restored in the bedrooms. Cable was important since skiing was really a wash w/the warm and rainy weather. The accommodations were nice and we only wanted for more toilet paper which we went and bought ourselves. Lack of response to our cable issue was disheartening since it reflects a lack of concern for vacationers who are spending a good deal of money and their concerns not being addressed in a timely manner.

We loved that it is an end unit and a very short walk to Sachem Trail. It’s well furnished with plenty of dishes in the kitchen (although no stemmed wine glasses). Overall it’s and old condo from the 1980’s. It’s all electric (including the heat and hot water). The kitchen has been updated with partial bathroom updates as well. When we arrived there was no running water (including hot water). We called management and a maintenance man came by 3 hrs. later. So we had no hot water for 4 hrs. by the time the electric water tanks started to heat up. During our stay, the roof leaked from ice damming. We called management and they promptly sent over someone to clear the roof of snow. The walls, ceiling, windows and door are stained from prior leaks. Good thing there was a bucket in the closet to catch the dripping water. In the end the unit was adequate for our needs, but we would not rent it again.

Great family ski week

Great family ski week

Nice place in a great ski on / off location. Well appointed and quiet spot. Good quality kitchen, nice beds, comfortable living and dining space all made this a relaxing spot. Short walk to sachem trail made for easy in and out during ski days. The only watch out is that the trails to get to sachem and down from it are a bit more challenging than novice greens so true beginners could struggle.
