Unwind in the plush primary suite or one of two private guest bedrooms. A river-view living area is perfect for movie nights, and includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. This rental is located on floor 4. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. There were 6 of us staying in the condo and there was plenty of room for all of us! The location was a 5-10min uber from everything so very easy. Our only complaint was that we didn't get the entrance code until exactly 4pm on check in day which I've never experienced before. When everyone's coming from out of town, that's a little nerve wracking! Also the code changed every 24 hours exactly at midnight so we were constantly scrambling to find it to get into the unit. It just added additional stress that wasn't necessary. Overall, the stay was great but the code situation was just a lot!

Great place, beautiful view. Clean with lots of space and beds. Walls are not insulated and we could hear everything going on in the building and the train was very loud but the view and atmosphere of the apartment outweighed all that. Could walk to Broadway but took Ubers which were cheap and quick to arrive. Would stay again!

We got locked outside multiple times cause the code kept changing. On hold with customer service for 20 mins at 2am was not fun. Was very difficult to get a hold of property manager, had to call customer service multiple times and he finally emailed us.

Location was very convenient to Broadway. There was a considerable amount of construction in the area which took away from the general ambiance of the property
I suggest upgrading the toilet paper and sheets to hotel quality.

Our family loved this condo. The kids enjoyed the opening of the bridge,the trains pasing buy and the views! Amenities were great, more then we needed!
We would definitely recommend this and would love to come back!

The view was gorgeous, and the location was close enough that we could walk anywhere! We had lots of room for our party of 5 and felt very safe with the private parking areas.

We really enjoyed walking to Broadway, Ryman, Printers Ally and the Gulch. The unit was clean, comfortable and stocked well. We appreciated the view of the bridge and got excited to see it open and close. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at this condo and a beautiful view of the Cumberland River. It's beautifully decorated and welcoming.
If a visitor has disabilities, they have 2 tall soaker tubs/ shower combo and it is hard to get into.
Pay attention to the parking and door instructions as they alittle confusing at the beginning.
Recommend to a family/ friends getaway.

This is a corner unit which added to its appeal. Loved the large windows and river views. The view from the end bedroom was of the train tracks (not very pleasant) and that room was very warm from the sun beating in. Our curtains were closed, but it was still a little warm in that room. Otherwise it was a great condo for our mini-vacation!

The property was great. We weren’t able to access the wifi. Communication with the property manager was difficult, but I would stay again. The check in and check out process was easy. We walked a lot so being 15 min from downtown was fine.

Good outside space with a balcony off one bedroom and off the living room where you can watch the trains and barges pass by. We appreciated the sound machines in each bedroom for those in our group who were more sensative to the trains on the nearby track. Easy pick up spot for users and only 20ish minutes to the airport. The place was great to stay in. Plenty of room. All the amenities were great. Everything was thought of. The place was located that felt a little questionable at first but as we stayed we felt very safe. The view was great for us but just be aware that it’s not just a view of the river. Barges and tug and train are going by through the day. The parking was a little confusing. There is no street parking but there is a parking garage underneath. Trying to figure out how that all works and use was not explained the best. We didn’t have any issues using the parking garage but if there are more people staying at the same time it will fill up fast. It was a great place to stay being close to Broadway
