The apartment is loft type, so in between the living room and bedroom the ceiling is a little bit lower at approximately 6 feet. Please pay attention if you are taller than 6 feet! Private walkway and entrance with shared backyard. Bookings over 28 days need a short rental contract signed! Pets allowed with extra fee! The space The place is fully furnished, equipped with a 3 door LG refrigerator and freezer with water/ice cubes, a wall mounted Air Conditioner System Heat Pump Cooling and Heating, so the temperature can be controlled from a remote control. It also has a very fast internet (minimum 80mb/s download & upload), smart door lock, small size washer and dryer, smart TV with Ultimate AT&T channel package, smart laptop desk with built-in speakers, queen bed, futon sofa, cleaning supplies and other accessories. Guest access You have 2 parking spaces: one in the carport and one on the driveway. From there you have a private walkway to the private entrance in the back of the house. Other things to note No smoking inside! No parties! No loud noise outside after 8pm! No street parking overnight! There will be no power outage since there is a generator that holds everything! Pets need to be supervised and kept on a leash on outside areas! Please clean after your pet!
