Sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bed and a crib with all sleeping up to three (3) guests. Up to two (2) extra guests may sleep on the living room sectional sleeper; the nightly rate for each extra guest is $15.00. This condo is a home away from home with a beautiful gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture seating eight (8) guests and a lovely lanai that may seat up to twenty (20) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just a meeting and greeting. From the gazebo & lanai, guests may watch the sunrise while sipping a cup of tea/coffee and watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine. BOOK NOW! At the time of booking Condo # 4, all guests must input the exact number of guests who will occupy the condo. The host has the right to turn away the unregistered extra guests as only the exact number of registered guests in the booking will be accepted to stay in condo # 4. Hosts may allow guests to contact Vrbo.com to change the reservation to reflect the exact number of registered guests and guests must pay the extra guest fee of US$15.00 per guest per night. Lastly, the host reserves the right to report the unregistered guests to Vrbo.com and the host may ask Vrbo.com to cancel the reservation and issue no refund to the guests as this action violates the host House Rules regarding unregistered guests. Colwin's Place welcomes Short/Midterm Guests, Business Guests, and Digital Nomads (Digital Nomads are guests who, with the help of technology, work from anywhere in the world) and Colwin's Place offers stays for up to twelve (12) months and a 23% discount on monthly condo rates. Colwin's Place may assist guests with recommendations for scuba diving, available watersports, dining out, horseback riding, car rental, taxi, and other tourist-related activities available on the island. Importantly for guests who book a stay at Colwin's Place and wish for Colwin's Place to assist guests with on-island wedding plans, catering for weddings and honeymoons, Colwin's Place may assist provided guests give Colwin's Place several months (3-6 months) notice. Colwin's Place Condo # 4 has one queen bed that sleeps two (2) guests and a baby crib that sleeps a baby one-year-old or less (guests must book each baby item in advance and pay a damage deposit of $100.00 to use each baby item which includes: the baby tub, baby crib, baby changing mat, and baby high chair. Up to two (2) extra guests may sleep on the living room sectional sleeper and the rate for each extra guest is $15.00 per guest per night. Guests at Colwin's Place are free to use the gazebo and lanai for relaxation whilst enjoying an afternoon tea/coffee or their favorite wine or cocktail while using the BBQ Grill, free of charge, to cook their eclectic or local cuisine.
