About this house rental
2 story townhome sleeps 12 guests, is along a canal and has a garage. 1st floor Living room has a love seat and couch plus a recliner and an arm chair. Large flat screen tv in the living room. Large windows and sliding glass doors provide a great view overlooking a canal. Sliding glass door opens to a large balcony also overlooking the canal. Dining table has seating for 6. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. Breakfast bar has seating for 4. Full size washer and dryer located by kitchen. Tile flooring in all common areas but bedrooms all have carpet. Each bedroom has a tv. Master bedroom has a king bed and shares a balcony with guest bedroom #1. Guest bedroom #1 has a double bed. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed and its own private balcony overlooking the canal. 2 full bathrooms in hallway. 2nd floor Large bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Bottom bed on both sets of bunk beds are full size and the top bed on both sets of bunk beds are twin beds. Large balcony attached to this bedroom. Townhome has a total of 4 balconies, lots of closet space plus a garage. Plenty of guest parking close to unit. Wifi and cable provided. First floor of this unit is on the 2nd floor of the building. Outside flight of stairs must be taken to reach front door of townhome. Townhome located along canal and boat slips are available. If you book a guided fishing trip, your guide can pick you up right outside the townhome!

Was pretty clean, the ceiling
fan in the leaving room sqeaked like crazy. Great place if you had maybe 8 people. Bathroom situation was a little tight with 12 people. With that being said it was great for us because we didn't spend a lot of time there, except for early morning when we cooked breakfast and late evenings to cook and sit outside and visit. Was told there was a grill, but we never found it, only had a half of a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no dish detergent to run dishwasher. It really wasn't that big of a deal, because we already new we were going to have to buy some anyway.

This is in a great location, can house a large group comfortably, and is as pictured. Unfortunately our experience from the beginning was very poor.
There was no communication from the property, so we didn’t even know what unit it was until contacting management- supposedly an email was never sent to us. Then our door code didn’t work to get in.
Once we finally made it in, it appeared as though the property wasn’t prepared for us- there was a dead roach on the floor, the beds were made but some were not clean (hair/debris on the sheets), there were no dishwasher pods provided, some of the dishes were dirty, and in the entire place that sleeps 12 with two bathrooms, we were provided one quarter of a roll of toilet paper. And the internet didn’t work (we could connect to it but couldn’t actually do anything).
The property management was always available to respond to questions. However, overall our experience was very much lacking from the start. Unfortunately because of that we will not be back and would not recommend it.

The property was great size for our family of 6. Convenient location to beach, fishing and restaurants.
The only complaint I have was the overall cleanliness. There was candy on the floor in one bedroom, small hair ties found on the floor of another, and garbage under the bed in another. A good vacuuming would have been very much appreciated.

It was good for the price but they need to leave some big quality trash bags for such a big place, the restrooms needed to be cleaned, and they shld have some kind of
coffee.

The property was well maintained, and very clean. Host was easy to get in contact with and very helpful. The area was great as well. My family and I definitely enjoyed staying here, our only regret is that we had to leave so soon. Will definitely be back!!

Great for Large Family
Bedrooms were enough to fit a family of 10. We had my parents come, sister and her kids and then our family of 4 and one single. We had a great time. Area was close to everything.

A Must
This property is centrally located, has amazing views, spacious for my very large family, and an overall fantastic experience. We arrived a few hours prior to check-in and with a simple text to the property management we were allowed to come in prior to the official check-in, with small children that was a blessing! All amenities in the house work amazingly and it felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Nice place, only issue was the living room ceiling fan sounded like it was ready to fall off and the pool was real dirty with bugs, looks like it’s not cleaned very often .

Great fishing and Wonderful property
Plenty of room for two families (4 adults, 4 teens 13-19 & 1 @12). Very spacious with large back patio. Fished daily with ease, having boat tied up on canal. Management was VERY responsive when called upon, helping with DVD player and missing trailer tag for on-site parking. This was our 3rd time at this complex (1st at this unit) and was the best stay yet. I would highly recommend this unit to friends.

Both the place and the property staff are amazing Great views, you can fish, swim and just chill. The beach is just minutes aways and everything is closed by.

Otherwise, we were able to catch some small fish off the doc. The deck was nice and had a lot of room.
Will gladly keep this as an option to stay again.

Good and cute.
It was a nice small little place. Loved the location. It was in the middle of everything we did. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Beds were wonderful. Nicely cleaned and made.. Down side was we got there at 4 exactly but the house cleaner was there. So we left to let her finish her job. The dryer took forever to dry the towels she had put in there. Cleanliness wasn't 100% but was decent. Both bathroom could get a full blown clean job bleaching job. Which is my only and main complaint.
