Situated in Galveston Island, this lovely condo for $550 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Recently updated and well decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. This property is just a short walk from the pool, gym, bar, beach and restaurant. The unit sleeps 9 comfortably. The master features a king size bed and it’s own bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has a twin/ full bunk bed with pull out twin trundle. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms have their own smart TVs and DVD players. The second bathroom has a bathtub in case you are in need of taking a bath. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower which is handicap accessible. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, utensils , service for 8, coffee maker, blender, toaster and much more. There is also a washer and dryer. The spacious living room has a sofa, love seat, smart tv, sound bar, dvd and wifi- internet. Relax from the beachside on the large patio featuring a teak table and chairs. You have one reserved covered parking spot with additional covered and curbside parking nearby. ***RESORT FEE: Please note that you will need to obtain a wristband and access code from the Pointe West Beach Club to take full advantage of the resort facilities (pools, hot tubs, gym, clubhouse game room, Basketball and Pickle ball courts, restaurant and bar). They charge $25 per guest 4 years old and older for the entire length of your stay. This fee will be paid directly to the club upon registration. *** (You will receive an email from the Pointe West POA to prepay the resort fee. The primary guest on your reservation will need to show an ID at the Beach Club Office to pick up the wristbands and parking passes.) *** Fees increased to $25/per person in 2023. The fee is not mandatory. If you do not plan to use the pools and other amenities during your stay, you do not have to purchase the wristbands.*** (We are not responsible for any issues with Beach Club amenities) The following are some modifications we have made to our preparation process and recommendations to keep you and your family safe during the Covid-19 Pandemic. 1. This unit will be cleaned and disinfected using chlorine-based cleaners on the floor, counter tops, bathrooms, door handles, appliances, remote controls, wall switches, etc. 2. For added safety, after the initial cleaning the unit is then treated with a product called Sniper. Sniper is a non-toxic hospital grade disinfectant approved by the EPA(71700-2) and CDC to kill bacteria and viruses. 3. All linens and towels have been properly washed with detergent in hot water. 4. We have provided a hand sanitizer at the entrance for your use during the stay. However, we recommend that all parties wash their hand for at least 20 seconds upon entry to the unit. Please do not take the hand sanitizer with you so it is available to the next guest! 5. We have included laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, anti-bacterial hand soap, and cleaners for your use during your stay. Please do not remove these items from the unit. There is a Pet Fee of $100 with prior approval (for well-mannered and trained dogs). We will allow one dog for a $100 pet fee and one additional dog for an additional $50 pet fee. We prefer that they be in a crate if you are not present with them and they are not allowed on the furniture. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ENCOURAGED as our cancelation policy is strictly enforced. In the event that the island is closed, mandatory evacuation is required, or short term rentals are canceled on the island, we will refund your money. * Please note that this condo is handicap friendly with wide doorways and a walk in shower however the elevators can, although rarely, go out of service and this is beyond our control. No refunds will be provided if the elevator is out of service. * We do not offer check in or out on major holidays. Your booking will be cancelled or charged for that day if it is booked instantly within the system.

This is a gem of a property! The condo is beautiful and well maintained. Bethany was incredibly responsive as a manager. The beach is a short walk and the beach club is right next door. You will not find many properties like this on the island! We will be back.

Ideal condo and resort for two seniors, two 50 ish moms and young teens. Attractive well maintained landscaping, Easy access to beach and good, secure entry to Beach Club pools and facilities. Something for everyone. Bethany was prompt in responding to our questions.

This was our second time staying at Pointe West but first time at this condo. It exceeded our expectations. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the balcony in the evenings as you have a view of a pond /fountain and can see the ocean in the distance. The condo was stocked with everything you can imagine for cooking. We have 4 teens and there was plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again.

The elevator would go up only, so we would have to walk down. There was a beeping noise in one of the rooms, it would beep all the time. Got in touch with security, she reset it, it had something to do with the fire system, and a couple of hours later, it was on again. The lazy river was at another property, just the little things. Overall it was ok.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the location is so peaceful so it really allowed us to enjoy the beach and pool. All the areas had something for different ages from our 3 year old to our teens. The condo was so cozy, clean and beautiful we loved it and will definitely book again!

This is our 2nd stay at this property. Love staying at the Pointe West condos so that we can just walk to the beach and enjoy the beach club pool. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is far west, away from all the hustle and bustle (which we LOVED). It’s also situated very close to the main clubhouse with the pool and restaurant. The beach was never crowded and the walk there wasn’t bad! Everything you could possibly think of needing is in the condo! The condo is clean and spacious and Bethany has done an outstanding job stocking the condo with everything you could think of. We didn’t feel like we were living without some of the conveniences we have at home (big TVs in every room and comfortable beds). The renters before us caused some damage which had to be fixed during our stay, but Bethany got it taken care of and was very accommodating to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced. Overall everything was amazing and we will definitely be looking to stay again!

Our stay was amazing, until the shower door fell off the hinges and busted everywhere on the bathroom floor. We were so worried after that happened we couldn't enjoy vacation, in fact we left a day early bc the lady kept questioning us on our stay. Accidents happen and I'm so glad it didn't accidently hit one of the kids. It was a very beautiful condo.

This is a wonderful condominium - very well decorated and has everything you might need and then some! Bethany has excellent communication and responded to all my questions very quickly! The Beach Club complex is super nice as is the beach. Parking was easy. There are 2 convenient access boardwalks to get to the beach. The pools are lovely and the fact that you can order food right there is so convenient.

Bethany is great to work with! Quick response and very friendly. This was my second visit to this condo and will be back. Far enough out to have a peaceful section of beach front…yet close enough to enjoy Galveston. The condo is beautiful. I would note that the restaurant on site is only open seasonally, but restaurants are a few miles down the road. You will be glad you booked…we were!
