Outdoor shower. Fully renovated. All bedding freshly washed and beds made, towels, 6 beach chairs and 6 plush beach towels are included. A large air conditioned barn- also renovated- with refrigerator, television, ping pong table, dart board, WIFI, table and chairs and work station with charging outlets. One block from the center of Greenport Village. Walk 9 blocks or drive to Fifth Street beach-no permit required. Walk to shops, restaurants, waterfront and carousel. Short bike ride or car ride to vineyards, antiquing, beautiful trails and other North Fork towns. Around the corner from the supermarket. Front porch with rocking chairs. Sip your morning coffee and enjoy! Front yard is fully fenced. Backyard is fully fenced as well. Sun drenched backyard has an outdoor fireplace ( great for roasting s’mores!) , large brick patio new Weber barbecue, all new-table and chairs, chaise lounges and a bike rack. Add flavor to your food from our herb garden. Enjoy dining outdoors! Kitchen is equipped with unbreakable plates and glasses for outdoor dining . The renovated kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, gadgets and small appliances . The house has a new washer and dryer next to the kitchen and newly finished hardwood floors. There is WIFI, board games, playing cards and a fireplace. New appliances and granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Had a girls weekend in Greenport and really enjoyed the stay. The house is immaculate and had great communication with the owner. Walking distance to downtown and close drive to many vineyards. I highly recommend this home.

Nice clean home with a very nice yard and just a few short blocks to town. Literally like a five minute walk to Claudios on the Water. Only one shower in the house so the outdoor shower came in handy. We were six adults ages 22 to 60 and it was perfect for us. Cooked dinner using the kitchen and BBQ Grill with no issues at all. There was a brochure for a Sailboat ride with Capt. Bill, which we took advantage of and also highly recommend. My family and I look forward to coming back and staying at this lovely home.

I stayed at Georgia's house with 3 other friends and it was truly perfect. The location was exactly what we were looking for - close to all that Greenport Village has to offer. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, outdoor space, and kitchen amenities. Georgie was super communicative, and quick to respond with any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house was a gem! When we walked in it smelled clean and it looked clean. The location is amazing, you walk down the street and there is a beautiful waterfront with amazing yachts. beautiful shopping, great restaurants and a carousel. We found the best cinnamon buns at a bakery and walked down each morning to buy some! The outdoor garage with the ping-pong table was a lot of fun when we were sitting outside grilling at night. The house was free of clutter it was open and airy and bright. There were plenty of towels, air conditioners in all rooms, and a comfortable living room to sit as well as a great kitchen table to have coffee and breakfast in the morning.. The only negative thing had nothing to do with the home or the owner, somebody parked blocking the driveway one night and we were just barely able to get our vehicle in the driveway by smidge of inches. Highly recommend this great home if you visit Greenport! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent cottage in a great location. Cottage was very nice and we loved the outside patio . Very clean , well stocked kitchen , great patio & outside fireplace , loved the outdoor barn / playroom , quiet street , close to town restaurants and grocery stores . Fenced in yard . Host was very nice and helpful . Look forward to future visits !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Georgia's home! The home was spacious for our group of three and we loved having outdoor space! The location couldn't get any better - we were only a few blocks away from downtown Greenport. Georgia was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Lovely recently renovated house on a quiet block right in the heart of Greenport. The kids loved the back yard and the garage that's been converted into a game room. The fence gave a nice feeling of privacy. The host is awesome, she took care of a minor issue very quickly and with real care and concern that we really appreciated. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

The host was very quick with responding to any questions I had. The house is in perfect walking distance of all the shops/restaurants and the water! It also had a cute yard and shed in the back. Was very clean as well. I’d probably stay there again and recommend this house to my friends :) My only small complaint was the old school air conditioners that turn on and off loudly. It didn’t matter for me but it occasionally scared my baby awake when it would turn on and off. We had such a wonderful time though and look forward to hopefully staying again.

We had an excellent stay at the house. Everything was as listed and it was in great condition. The location was as expected just a couple of minute's walk from all the shops, restaurants, and the waterfront which is what we were looking for. Greenport is a great little village with excellent dining options. There is even a supermarket at the end of the street. The only frustration that has nothing to do with the property is that as a non-resident you have very limited access to any beach in the whole of the North Fork. This is different from when we last stayed a few years ago and we were warned they actually check resident's id on the beaches! So North Fork is no longer a good destination if you want access to a beach.
