Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high. If Pool access card is not left in unit when you check out there will be a $100 fee to replace the pool access card. Important Note: Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.  Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager.
