About this house rental
Single story, ranch style - residential 1,700 square foot Home in established neighborhood. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and full laundry and kitchen with counter and dining room. High ceilings, fireplace and free Wi-Fi internet access. All new carpeting, interior paint, new AC and heater, plus new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and 5-burner gas range. New gas water heater. New kitchen flooring, stainless steel sink. New sliding shower doors in 2nd bathroom. Free Wi-fi, Cox cable and parking as well. My vacation house is well located to Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base, Legoland in Carlsbad, Oceanside pier and beaches, and Mission San Luis Rey. I've also had folks go to Anaheim for Disneyland which is about an hour away. 😊

Many days of heavy earthmoving equipment a few yards from patio bringing lots of noise and sleeping interruptions.
Minimal broadcast channels, streaming worked well.

House was spacious and great layout for a family stay. Centrally located in Oceanside. Peter was very good with communication throughout the entire stay. Loved they had a good selection of coffee, spices and kitchen utensils. We had a wonderful visit.

We really loved our stay at the property. It was clean and we loved the labels on the cabinets as well as the instructions. It made our stay more pleasant. Thanks again for the hospitality and looking forward to future stays.

This house was perfect for our family to visit Cali for the Marine Graduation. The rooms are spacious along with the bathrooms. The house is very detailed on how things work and where things are located, making it very easy to navigate. Highly recommend due to the nice neighborhood and you can't beat the price.

This house was in the perfect location. Close enough to make it easy to get to both San Diego and Los Angeles. Our hose was so accommodating and helpful! We had a wonderful time!

Our stay at this home was wonderful! It was big and spacious and fit our family of 8 well! It had all the amenities and the beds were very comfortable! Peter was very good to communicate with and answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Oceanside or San Diego.

The place is nice, spacy, and clean. Location is quiet and is only a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. My only complain is the fact that guests are expected to wash the towels before checking out. If you take a shower the morning you chech out, you may not have enough time to wash the towels.

Would definitely stay here again close to everything. Nice and clean comfortable. Loved all the little extras: coffee, various condiments. Beds were comfy and the place was cozy.

stayed here with my family for 2 days while we went to legoland. the house was exactly as advertised. we really enjoyed the stay and the extra space it provided over a hotel.

Peter's house was perfect for our family of five (plus and infant). Having four good sized bedrooms and an open concept living area we had plenty of space and didn't feel like we were "on top" of one another. Everyone in the family commented on appreciating the comfortable beds. We were in town for a long weekend and a wedding and were able to sneak in a short bit of beach time, which was an easy 15 min. drive. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including coffee :). I highly recommend a stay here!

Everything was perfect, from the check in process all the way to the peaceful neighborhood. Very clean home, very spacious. Its minutes from anywhere you need to be. Peter was great with communication very prompt. My son will be at camp pendleton over the next year so im sure i will rent again.

Perfect spot for visiting Oceanside family
We came into town for a wedding and this house was perfect for my family. The house is clean and spacious and has everything you need. My favorite part is that the home is right next to the San Luis Rey River trail. I took walks there every day. Although I didn't, you could easily bike to the beach on this trail in about 20 minutes or so. Our only challenge was the inability to control the air conditioning, which is set by the owner at 78. Peter was kind enough to lower the temperature a little for us, but there were occasions where it was uncomfortably warm, especially at night, as we prefer sleeping cool. That said, overall it was a very nice stay.

Comfortable
It was a plesent surprise to feel as comfortable as we were. The house is bigger than the numbers suggests. And everything we needed was available to us. The owner Peter was always available and very helpful. It was easy to get around and the neighborhood was very quiet. I will definitely recommend this home if anyone is headed that way. Thank you Peter. Enjoy
