This is NOT a party house. Please respect the quiet of this neighborhood. You will have your own private bathroom next to your room; shared only with you and your guests. Boaters dream - walking distance to a launch ramp (no beach access) on the Colorado River. Parking for the trailer on the property for days of water fun and relaxing evenings. Be sure to search online for the Davis Dam release schedule. They release in the morning and again in late afternoon.

Jennifer's place is located in a good place, clean and owner was terrific to deal with! Would stay again if coming to this area.

I am NOT tech savvy and locked door with key instead of remote option which I didn't understand, as a result there may be a charge for a locksmith. Jennifer assured me she will make this option more clear for future guests.
