With two bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the living area, this residence is the perfect home base for a family vacation, that long-overdue boys' trip, or that relaxing girls' getaway. Start your day with a cup of coffee or freshly squeezed Florida orange juice from Neighbors, then head to Anatomy Gym to sweat out last night’s fun. Schedule some spa time at Bamford or throw on your swimsuit and enjoy a day at any of the 4 on-site pools. Walk the beach, frolic in the surf, indulge in some retail therapy, or enjoy the decadence of Miami’s fine dining. Your Miami adventure is waiting for you, and it’s all within walking distance! THE SPACE: • Separate 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and balcony. • A full-size sleeper sofa perfect for 1 adult or 2 children. • Spacious 1123 ft² (104 m²) of living space • Bay and City view with Western exposure. • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities, which include: • Several luxurious pools • White sandy beach • 5-star Bamford Haybarn Spa • Valet service • The Anatomy Gym • A wide variety of dining options to refuel for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. • Access to the 1 Beach Club featuring Wave Coastal Cuisine. • The brand-new Audi E-tron which could be used as a house car and can be scheduled for a test drive through our concierge. GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Room service is not available. • Daily resort fee charged by the hotel of $55/day plus tax for rentals less than 30 days. • Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking. • We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed staying at the 1 Hotel & Homes south beach. Our condo was extremely clean, everything was described perfectly! The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging a special surprise for my husbands birthday. We will definitely be back and my future bookings will be with Luxury Rentals Company they were amazing from the beginning to the end. Thank you!

Beware of VRBO! My family had confirmed reservation in March....3+ months later, day b4 we arrive, reservation is cancelled. Cancellation was start of 36 hrs of stress magnified by VRBO unresponsiveness. What made it worse was farce that VRBO was going to help us. Initially I spoke to a rep in a dept specifically for cancellations. She told me plainly that her dept would find us a replacement prop & they had access to more properties. We spent 45 min as she asked questions to ensure they'd find something comparable. The rep noted they were willing to accommodate a slightly higher price. Now 2-3 hours later when I hadn't heard back I called & was told plainly by next rep that VRBO was NOT going to find replacement property rather I needed to. Summer in South Beach Miami, the day b4 you arrive, you can only imagine the shortage of options. Hours later I did find something but of course it cost more. As instructed I emailed VRBO link & was told they'd respond. Upon hearing they might not respond until after I arrived next day was ridiculous because what if listing is no longer available. Guess what we arrive in Miami, it's 3:30 p.m. & they've not yet approved or denied. We're across the country with nowhere to stay!! I keep calling only to be fed more baloney and supposed higher elevation of status. After another 45 min call that ended at 5 pm w/ rep hanging up on me I'm fed up. It's nearing night time w/ family of 6 sitting in rental car. I'm left w/ little choice other than to make my own reservation w/out coordinating thru VRBO cancellation dept. Luckily I find decent place, bad luck it's VRBO listing, I was also looking thru Expedia & Travelocity. Because it's 5:30 pm VRBO doesn't enable reservations for tonight. UGGH! What to do but make reservation for ensuing nights. Right after I finally get response from VRBO approving listing I'd sent them the day before so I check to see if still available....not surprised to find it wasn't. Great VRBO (sarcasm) didn't help find a replacement prop & because you took 24+ hours to approve replacement it was no longer available. Thank goodness I'd just made separate reservation for some portion of our trip. Now stage 2 of VRBO nightmare. Agents & hosts of property misrepresented property specs (missing bed), rates higher than listing, rudeness, & take it or leave it attitude. There's more to say but this review only allows so many words. No thank you VRBO, you are terrible.
