Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Floridian fashion, this 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home boasts a unique charm and stunning outdoor area. Located in one of the best areas in Delray Beach this 1900 Sqf home offers ultimate relaxation with its own heated outdoor spa and saltwater pool. Huge custom made sailfish hanging over the pool giving this home a name and a soul. A brand new outdoor TV with a high end solid wood bar & teak bar chairs has been installed for your convenience. Also there is a travertine pool deck laid out in a French pattern, outdoor dining table, and brand new gas grill Weber Genesis 2 available to our guests. The whole pool area is enclosed in a huge screen enclosure to keep bugs and Florida wildlife away. All the pros does not end here, there is a huge living room with high speed interned, smart TV (75 inches), Italian made leather sofa (Natuzzi), paintings and more. If you are traveling for work there is a huge desk with a desk chair and a lamp available for you. There is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, & all major appliances as well as blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and more. A pool table is also available for your leisure. Master Bedroom: Comfortable king size bed, Smart Tv, Walk Inn closet, ensuite master bathroom with Toto Washlet (Bidet, heated toilet seat), Hansgrohe Faucets & Bluetooth speaker with fan. You can walk out right to the pool area trough hurricane impact double doors. Second Bedroom: 2 Solid Wood Twin Beds with matching night stand & regular size closet. This bedroom is painted in tropical color and have a strong beach life vibe. Third Bedroom: Comfortable queen size bed with regular size closet & 2 solid wood nightstands. Location: The property is located in a very nice and very safe area in Delray Beach, there is a plenty of grocery stores in close proximity. Its only about 10 min drive to Delray Beach Downtown, 10-15 min drive to Boca Raton and approximately 15 min to nearest beach. The City: Delray Beach is a very unique city. It has been nominated as All American city 3 times. Out of the more than two dozen Florida communities that have won in the past, Delray is the first in the state to win the All-America City Award three times. It previously won in 1993 and 2001 and 2017. The atmosphere is very unique as this is the city in Florida that has much of a special charm, locals call it "the village by the sea". Some of the unique benefits when you stay in Delray Beach are : 1. Its one of very few cities in Florida that has its own 5 mile long public beach, in cities like Boca Raton there is a public beach too (Red Reef Park) but you have to pay $25 fee to enter the parking lot. 2. In many cities in Florida there is a lot of properties built directly at the beach front, you can still enjoy the beach but its very inconvenient to park and to get there, also you will end up in front of someone else's property. Some cities like Boca Raton charges a fee for entering the park and there is no other alternatives. In Delray Beach there is very few properties built directly at the beach front. Most of our beach is public with very easy access to it. Also there is several parks in Delray Beach located directly on the beach that are free of charge. One of them has a free parking, restrooms, playground and picnic areas. The name is Gulfstream Park. Just google the name so you could get the address, I can't post it here. The other park is Atlantic Dunes Park, Its free but you have to pay for parking that is located close by (approx $2 an hour) and there is no picnic area. 3. In Delray Beach you can spend a day at the beach and then WALK to city center to eat, or there is several places you can eat that are located close to the beach. You simply can't do that in West Palm Beach or Boca Raton or many other Floridian cities. 4. Atlantic Avenue named to USA Today’s ’10 great American shopping streets. I mean it has lots of charm, its very cozy and many big chain businesses are not allowed on that street. I think we only got Starbucks, that's it. Other vendors are local business owners with their unique restaurants, stores, and galleries. Also most people who live in the area (within 10-30 min drive) prefer to go out in Delray Beach than I Boca or Boynton for example, in fact most people who live in those cities goes out in Delray Beach. We have great restaurants, great nightclubs and great nightlife. Many different art galleries and stores, so we literary have everything for everyone and all that packed inn with a "Village by the sea" atmosphere.

Wonderful experience!! House is clean, has great amenities and is exactly as shown in the pics!! Best part is the pool, of course! BIG! Saltwater and fully enclosed in screening, which means no bugs, no critters, etc! Pool noodles and intestine available for use. Lots of seating, bar and outdoor TV! Beach chairs for your using. Host provided a great welcome book with lots of suggestions for the area. Beds super comfy, lots of towels, awesome showers! Great location for dining, shopping, beaches and airport. We will most definitely be staying here again!!

My family of four stayed at Sailfish Cove for our spring break in April. The house and pool were just as nice in person as they look in the pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The weather wasn't the most cooperative during our week-long stay, so we spent a lot of our time in the house relaxing, playing pool, and eating. The house is in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The pool is amazing! We spent hours in it each day even when it was raining. It was kept at a comfortable temperature and at times was warmer than the air temperature. We loved watching the lizards in the yard, and thanks to the lanai, they stayed away from the pool area. Delray Beach is a fun place to drive around and explore. The beach is great too! My family highly recommends Sailfish Cove!

We loved the house and pool area! It was a fantastic getaway. The house itself was very comfortable and set up perfectly for us to work and enjoy the outdoor space. We loved being less than 5 miles to downtown Delray Beach. Aleksander was an excellent host. We would rent this property again without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sailfish Cove! The pool and pool table got a lot of use as well as the well stocked kitchen and grill. The house was clean and comfortable and the location is convenient for shopping and trips to the beach. Aleksander is a great host and we hope to return in the future!

Property description very accurate. House in a quiet neighborhood about 5 miles to Delray Beach. The house was so comfortable that though we stayed almost a week we only went to the beach once. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. House was very clean and well appointed. Alex was super easy to contact and responded almost immediately. We would definitely come again.

The house was very nice and the pool area was great. Location ideal. Stores all were nearby. Everything worked and the washer dryer were a plus. TV had Netflix and other channels. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Highly recommend.

Not a bad spot! The heated pool was amazing, we definitely enjoyed that aspect during our stay when the weather was slightly chillier than usual for FL. The home meets all your basic needs too, although there were no top sheets for the beds so if you enjoy sleeping with more than just a duvet over you then I recommend bringing your own sheets. My husband and I enjoyed being able to work from the home as well, wifi was strong enough for us to be in simultaneous work meetings without losing meeting quality.

We snagged this property after Hurricane Ian tore up our planned booking in Cape Coral. Aleksander is the best host I have encountered on VRBO. When I needed something, he was quick to respond. Asked what temp I wanted the pool and when I wanted the spa scheduled to turn on. Inside of house was very clean. We had no complaints about the beds. Instruction binder was clear and simple. Pool area was nice. The lighting out back was cool. Two screens in the back of the back porch was torn on bottom so there were some spiders and small reptiles inside the pool area. It didn’t bother us really at all though. Only complaint I have is exterior windows are in dire need of replacing. Plenty of cracked windows and one where my wife asked if it was a bullet hole. It looked like a rock hit it and cracked like a windshield. I would recommend this place. Thank you Aleksander.

Loved the home, very clean. Drove through tropical storm Ian to get to Delray to see my dad. We didn’t get the door code until a few hours before check in but Aleksander let us check in early which was super nice. Bed was very comfortable and the home was close to everything we needed. Loved it!

The house was nice and comfortable for us, outside temperatures got into the high 90’s and even over 100 degrees some days, but the AC in the house kept us cool. We also enjoyed the pool and spa areas. The neighborhood was quiet (except on 4th of July night, of course! - we saw some pretty amazing fireworks displays that other people on the street were setting off) and the neighbors seemed friendly enough during my brief interaction with them. Lots of wonderful places to eat nearby. The owner was very responsive to our questions leading up to and during our stay.

Overall, we had a magical stay here. I highly recommend it if you are in need of some pool time. The pool area is just fabulous. It's enormous, great for entertaining or reading a book while soaking up some rays. And once that puppy is warmed up...trust you won't want to leave it. Aleksander was a phenomenal host. I've stayed at many vacation rental properties and this guy was hands down the most attentive and quickest host I've ever encountered. Cannot say enough good things about him. To be fair, we did hit a few snags in the week we spent at this property. For instance, the washer/dryer wasn't working initially, we had some issues with the A/C, and we were missing a few cooking utensils for the grill. BUT, none of these issues became too annoying because Aleksander came to the rescue promptly in every instance. He bought a new washer/dryer the very next day, fixed the A/C very quickly and even hand delivered cooking utensils. Did I mention I love this host? I cannot wait to come back to this property for more pool time!
