Our Sea Shell Beach Cottage will give you the relaxing vacation you deserve where you can lounge all day in the brand new oversized pool and spa. This beautiful cottage features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Once you step inside our home, you will find an open floor plan with comfortable bedrooms, renovated bathrooms and beautiful and open kitchen. Our beach rental is designed with entertainment in mind. The living, dining and kitchen areas all flow together and create an open space. This beach house offers a spacious and airy kitchen with a large island that seats 6 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook a family meal. The island is the center of the kitchen and creates a place for everyone to gather and socialize. The kitchen flows into the dining table which seats an additional 6 guests. Living area features a pull out sofa, two accent chairs and a smart, flat screen tv. A few touches like barn doors, shiplap, kids bedroom and much more make this beach house special! First bedroom features a King size bed, second bedroom features 2 twin beds (can be pushed together to make a King), third bedroom features a King size bed and fourth bedroom features 2 full size beds with a private bathroom, second bathroom is located in a hallway near the other 3 bedrooms. Every bedroom has a smart flat screen tv and the twin bedroom features a Playstation 4! This property features an oversized and attractive pool area (Custom pool built in March 2019). The pool area features 9 loungers, beautiful palm trees, outdoor seating and lounging, bbq grill and outdoor dining tables. This is a perfect area for entertaining or simply relaxing. Pool has an oversized hot tub and a beach entrance! Imagine yourself lounging in the pool all day and taking a stroll on the beach to watch the sunset! This comfortable home has a fabulous location, as its tucked away in the residential area but close enough to all of the action. You will be conveniently close to dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf and family attractions. Beach is just two blocks away. Important Notes: Pool can be heated between Oct - April at $35 per night + taxes. Giant Spa can be heated at $15 per night + taxes. Pets considered for $150 pet fee + taxes.

Great place, comfortably fit the 8 of us. Place was clean, kitchen fully equipped. Pool and outdoor area was very nice and spacious. Beach is less than 5 min walk. Plenty of dining places close enough to walk or short car ride. Heidi had a selection of beach “stuff” to use (we added some things to the collection). We really enjoyed our stay and would go back for sure!

From the initial booking to check-out, everything was flawless and easy. The description of the property was spot on. Very clean, kitchen and linens stocked, and location was great! I cannot say enough about this property! My husband and I brought our adult kids and grandson (he’s 4). It was our first vacation together in 17 years. Everyone had their own space and we didn’t feel cramped at all. OH! Did I mention the backyard?!!! Beautiful set up, plenty of seating, and the pool was 💯! The only recommendation (minor), would be to update the wood table and chairs outside.they are just weathered and a little flimsy. Again, very minor. Lastly, Heidi was a great host! Very responsive and nice! We’ll be back for sure!

The house was just perfect for our week with friends and family. The outdoor space with pool is unbelievable, almost the size of the house! Property manager checked in and was responsive. Only thing I would change is having one more bathroom, or the existing bathrooms were bigger. Wonderful stay, walking distance to beach and restaurants!

The beach cottage was perfect for our family stay. The listing didn’t tell of all the included items like pool towels,beach wagon,chairs.
The kitchen had everything you could want.
The pool was nice and had lots of seating.
The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was convenient to several restaurants the Paris bakery is a must visit.
The manager Heidi was very helpful with any concerns we had. We had a toilet overflow and she sent the cleaning service out to clean everything.
We would recommend renting this cottage for families. Indian rocks was nice without the high rise condos that crowd up the beach.

Host was accurate & very responsive to inquiries… Beach is a only a couple blocks out the back gate with a large wagon to help with gear… The back patio area is amazing! Thank you!!!

This very nice fully stocked house (pots, pans, gas and charcoal grills, plenty of dinner/flatware, pretty much anything you can think of) is a very short walk to the beach and 5-6 restaurants. BUT….the pool area cannot be topped. Pool is very large, hot tub seats 6-8. Outdoor seating capacity will far and away exceed the number in your party. If you don’t have rain and you’re not at the beach, you’ll be enjoying this space.

Our ministry team met for a few days of fun and planning. With 8 adults and 2 infants, the Sea Shell Cottage was perfect. Super clean and well appointed. Very well stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. Great beach access and the heated spa was a hit. Heidi was great to work with, very responsive. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for us - large kitchen, comfortable beds with a TV in each room, beautifully landscaped pool area with a hot tub, short walk to the beach, and a short walk to a bayfront park where we'd sit and watch dolphins and pelicans. Several restaurants were a short walk away, while so many more were just a few minutes drive away in Clearwater Beach. We were very pleased.

Perfect property for our island vacation
The property was perfect for us - large kitchen, comfortable beds with a TV in each room, beautifully landscaped pool area with a hot tub, short walk to the beach, and a short walk to a bayfront park where we'd sit and watch dolphins and pelicans. We wnjoyed our adult weekend with 3 couples. Plenty of space to do things together in the home and on the spacious back porch area with multiple seating areas, grill, swing, etc. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was perfect. Beach was very close and delicious restaurants nearby.

Exceeded expectations
Sea Shell Beach Cottage was the perfect property for my family. The location is super, easily walkable to the beach with a nearby crosswalk and close to fun eateries. The property was spotless and had EVERYTHING we needed and more for our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious for all of us to have our own space. The owner was quick and responsive when we had a question or request. I hope to return to this gem!

Family vacation
This vacation home was everything it was promised, and more. Heidi always responded quickly to my emails and texts. Beautiful home, awesome pool and relaxing yard. Loved that there were bikes to ride too. Such a great neighborhood/area. Short walk to the beach. Although it was closed and we didn't have access to it. Same with all the attractions we were planning to visit with my granddaughters while visiting Florida. The whole coronavirus put a big damper on our vaca.

Everything about Sea Shell Cottage was great. Loved the location; walk to beach and restaurants. The house is located in quiet neighborhood; haven’t slept so well in years. Fantastic Home away from Home!
Sea Shell Cottage was an amazing home away from home for all of us!We were 12 of us family members that stayed for 5 days and we all thought the rental home was amazing!The property was very clean and well and thoughtfully furnished with all the Modcons!The outside area was amazingly big and welcoming!The kids especially lived the pool!The property Manager was very helpful throughout!She provided us with information about the property and neigbouring shops that we needed to make our stay hassle free!
I would strongly recommend Sea Shell cottage to any one looking for a delightful home away from home in Indian Rocks!

Truly a Five Star Resort
I can’t begin to thank you for the wonderful time we had. It’s walk-in ready. The backyard was amazing and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was so short and they even had a wagon to take our food, chairs and toys to the beach. Everything is provided. I am looking now to see if we can rent this same property again next year. Loved it!

Clean, cozy and spacious home
Property was as listed, pictures are real and recent. The home had everything we needed and more. Beach access was a short 5 minute walk. All you need to bring are your close and the only thing you need to purchase is the food. Access to the home was simple and convenient with the keyless entry. I also need to mention that the wifi speed was amazing for a rental, truly high speed. We were a family of 6 and everyone had their privacy (if needed).

Awesome visit!
The Sea Shell Cottage is perfect! Beautiful interior with an awesome pool in the backyard! There is an ample amount of beds inside as well! Only a 4 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants! The property manager was very helpful and stayed in contact with us the whole time giving us recommendations and assisting us with our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone!
Tampa is about a 45min drive away in an Uber depending on traffic, it could take longer. We did the Kracken Cycle there! So fun! Also, if you want to go dancing one night, go to Shepherds!

A group of 10 booked this home for a few nights in April. The house is in a residential neighborhood so it’s quiet and safe. It’s very close to the beach, a gas station and walking distance to a few restaurants. It’s really a great location close to Clearwater beach and other nearby beach towns. We loved the kitchen area, everything is new and it truly has everything we needed for a meal. The bathrooms are also new and the host provided beach towels and a lot of beach toys and some beach chairs. The pool area is the best part of the house, it’s huge. There’s plenty of seating, there are lounge chairs, umbrellas, outdoor tables and a grill. I would highly recommend this home, everything is new and the host was very nice.

Beautiful home and great location
We stayed at sea shell cottage for spring break with my sister’s family. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street just a couple of blocks from the beach. The backyard with the pool was amazing and the house was beautifully updated and had pretty much everything we needed. The owner was attentive and quick to respond to our questions. It was nice to be separate from the craziness of Clearwater but close to shops and restaurants. Overall a great week!
