We are so excited to welcome you to our luxurious, newly remodeled, and beautifully designed beach home! Our home, Endless Summer Beach House, is located directly across from the beach and truly encompasses the essence and spirit of an endless summer, no matter what the season is. During your stay at Endless Summer Beach House, you will be able to embrace the friendly, relaxing, and laid-back environment of Neptune Beach. Located just minutes away from downtown Neptune Beach, you and your guests can walk or bike over to the restaurants, shops, and bars at The Beaches Town Center. Endless Summer Beach House is also in close proximity to the Jacksonville Beach Sea Walk Pavilion where you can enjoy seasonal concerts and festivals. We provide two bikes as a great way to get around and explore the area. You may also hop on The Beach Buggy which will take you anywhere on the beach for free (additional app download required). Endless Summer Beach House contains a newly remodeled open floor plan living space and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island, and quartz countertops for preparation. The adjacent dining table seats six comfortably, and the living room features additional seating and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with streaming, perfect after a day at the beach. The location is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and a park area where there are frequently festivals taking place. Bikes and beach equipment are all provided. The property itself is extremely well maintained with a very homey feel. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

This is a clean house with newer finishes in a great location. The beds and linens were of very good quality. Granite counters in bathrooms and kitchen. Just one block from a great beach that is dog friendly (from October thru March). The only problem was a cimmunication hiccup with the owner to get the front door access keys.

The layout and location of this house is absolutely perfect for a family vacation. We only used our car once. We walked and rode our bikes everywhere. Would love to come back!

Great location for us to visit with my father who lives in Atlantic Beach, just a short drive away. The house was close to everything, very clean and well stocked. The front door gave us a bit of trouble with the lock sticking, but we managed. Having the bikes was great.

We had a great stay! The location is ideal! One block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Fully renovated and comfortable. The "downtown Neptune" is 1 mile with great restaurants. Owner was very responsive with answers to all questions.

Endless Summer Beach House is exactly as pictured. It is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, clean, and so close to the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and there was no traffic. Lots of people out biking and walking! There is plenty of space for a family of 5. My sister's family stopped by for an afternoon and there was plenty of room for both of our families. We spent lots of time on the beach, so it was wonderful to have a beach cart, chairs & boogie boards for our use. The beach was relatively quiet, no crowds. Candace was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with.

Property was just as listed. 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath. High appliances, well maintained. Small, grassed yard, fenced in for pets. Great outside shower with warm water for after beach cleanup. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect property in a perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The house is newly renovated and equipped with everything you may need to have a relaxing vacation on the beach. The beach is one block away and has a white firm sand that you can bike on. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby, even a good hospital is few miles away. The hostess is extremely nice and very helpful. The internet in the house was stable and we were able to do some work. It was a perfect vacation for us.

I was in need of some well-deserved rest and relaxation to begin 2022, and staying at the Endless Summer Beach House was the perfect start! You really can't beat this location. It's within walking and biking distance from the Jacksonville Beach/Neptune Beach bars, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe with very little traffic and the beach was directly across the street. Everyone in the neighborhood is very laid-back and quiet – just enough bustle happening to be completely relaxing but not feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere. I did have to do a little work during my stay, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The owners have just renovated the house so all the appliances and everything are brand new. In fact, the whole house feels completely brand-new. The pictures from the post were 100% accurate, which was a relief. They also had a cleaning crew come mid-month which was a super nice touch while on vacation! The house is easy-to-access, and the one time I had a question, the owner was immediately available. The front yard is gated – my dog loved sitting outside in the sunshine. I would totally recommend this home to anyone needing an extended vacation - planning on returning later this year to bring my grandchildren with me! Two thumbs up!
