Welcome to our family beach house! We picked up this diamond in the rough early last year and with blood, sweat, and tears have made it the vacation home that you see today. We are super excited to be finishing all the renovations early 2022. New photos to be posted by February. From February until September, we are a seven day rental from Saturday to Saturday. Pets are welcome! So don’t leave your fur babies at home! A separate pet agreement will need to be signed before check in. Please, let us know about all pets in the initial inquiry. The house has 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms. One, upstairs and the other, downstairs for any guests that have trouble with the stairs. The house has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a smart TV. DOWNSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room with 75” TV, and laundry. UPSTAIRS: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 exterior doors to the upper deck, and a second TV area. THERE ARE A FEW EXTRAS: There is an outdoor shower, grill , seating for lounging poolside, and seating on the deck overlook the pool, guitar and ukulele. PET DEPOSIT: $400 (refundable) PET FEE: $175 ($50 for each additional Dog. Sorry, no cats) The pet fee includes use of dog bed, indoor and outdoor dog bowls. We have a small fenced in area in our side yard so that your pooch has a safe place to play outside unattended. The pet fee goes towards the Allergan cleaning to keep future guests with pet allergies comfortable. Up to $225 will be refunded within 48 hours of check out. Renovation update: We just got a new roof! All of the weird plastic ceilings have been removed and drywall is now up!! We’ve started re-tiling the floor downstairs in a beautiful herringbone paturn, and have some really cool wallpaper going into the bathrooms. The downstairs master bathroom has been gutted and a new (slightly larger) tiled shower is going in with wavy tiles. All the bathrooms are getting facelifts. We’ve ordered new patio furniture, new “matching” doorknobs, new light fixtures in the sunroom, and we got a tiki bar for out by the pool. The gas company has come and we should have a meter by the second week of February for the pool heater!!! Pool heater has been ordered, but hasn’t shipped yet. Hoping to have pool heating capability by mid March. There will be a $25 per day fee to heat the pool. Oh! And we’re resurfacing the pool and switching to salt water. (Sigh) New photos should be posted by the end of February.
