About this house rental
Just walk 2 blocks and enjoy the activities offered on the weekends. It is also walking distance to the RTD, where you can take the D Line straight to the Union Stations in Denver or drive 15 minutes north. It is located 40 minutes from the airport, at least 1 hour away to the closest ski resort (i.e. Loveland Ski Resort, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Copper, Winter Park, Breckenridge, etc), and within 15 minutes drive to various state parks (Chatfield Lake and Cherry Creek State Park). The Mary Carter Greenway bike trail that runs along Platte River is just around the corner. THE HOUSE It has a backyard with patio dining and lounge chairs. There is a detached 2 car garage and 1 off-street parking space you can use and plenty of street parking. The home is equipped with High Speed Internet to accomodate remote work. It has comfortable beds: a king size bed and a twin in the master bedroom, and a queen bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully stocked with all the necessary equipment you need to prepare any type of meal for you and your family. Such a wonderful property and location for Christmas break. The house was perfect for a mid sized group. Close walk to town for shopping or coffee.Everything we needed was there. The host…very accommodating. Picturesque cottage with a picket fence.

We loved the location to downtown Littleton. The house was nicely set up and clean. It was a plus having 2 bathrooms. Lots of older houses in the area only have 1 bathroom. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great location in downtown Littleton. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream shop, and trails. Also easy access to other Colorado locations including Costco.

The cozy house is a short walk to downtown Littleton restaurants, shops and the train station. The house provides plenty of outside seating for enjoyment of a summer evening or morning coffee on the front porch. Carla was responsive to any questions.

Carla was a perfect host. She checked in with us regularly and made sure the house had everything we needed. It was perfectly accessible for all our day trip to Boulder, Pikes Peak and Red Rocks. We enjoyed several restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the house including ice cream each night. Littleton is a wonderful walkable town. Thanks, Carla!

We had a wonderful stay during a family wedding. There were some issues when we initially arrived, but Carla was prompt to communicate and remedy them for us. Kitchen had everything you could need and also a washer and dryer that came in handy for our long stay. Thanks again Carla!

We had a great time staying here with my family! House is very comfortable, well appointed and a short walk to the many shopping, dining and entertainment options in Downtown Littleton. We’ll be in town again, and will definitely consider rebooking!

We stayed at the Historic Littleton house for our daughter’s wedding weekend and loved everything about this house. Comfortable beds and charming decor, with a well stocked kitchen and modern bathrooms, all in walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Carla was very helpful and responded promptly to our questions. A great choice if you’re visiting the Denver area.

Great Location
The cottage is perfect for a small group. Lovely seating outside, two indoor seating areas with a separate dining area. The amenities were new and in great condition. The cottage is just 4 minute walk to local cafes, shops and restaurants

Great place for an adult getaway. 3 couples enjoied staying and this house worked perfectly.
The house was cute and cozy. We enjoyed breakfast on the back patio every morning. The table and umbrella for shade was great. Cozy seating for drinks in the evening or morning coffee on the patio was great too. We walked to downtown Littleton on 2 nights and enjoyed the restaurants and bars. The shops looked cute, but we didn't make it down during the day to go in them. Next time! We highly recommend and will book again here if we get back to Denver area.

Quick getaway
We needed a change of scenery and this Littleton house hit the spot. Close to all downtown Littleton has to offer and close enough to the mountains for some day trips. It was perfect (plus a garage for parking = no stress!)
