About this condo rental
Sea Horse condo has just undergone a recent renovation! Charming space located just one short block to the beach in the coveted Beach Colony. Perfect for your vacation getaway! Sea Horse condo is a well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building Open concept living allows all to enjoy the activities in the central living area. Fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the cooking necessities. Bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towels too! We supply beach gear (chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards & surf board). Both bedrooms have new beds (king and 2 twins), new bedding as well. I live in the building and am available as needed. The Beach Colony is sought after for its long stretches of white sandy beaches, great waves for boogie boarding or surfing, yet gentle shore break for little ones to play at the water's edge. Easy walk into Del Mar or go North to Cedros/Solana Beach. Race Track/Fairgrounds are less than a mile a way. Shopping, dining, freeway access all very accessible. Walk to beach or town Walk to shopping or dining Walk to Fairgrounds Car or Uber/Lift for San Diego attractions Bus stop is one block away Coaster/Sunliner train is one mile away The washing machine is a "combo". It is one machine that washes and dries the clothing. It is meant for light loads. We do have coin operated machines in the building if you want to do larger loads of laundry. We adhere to a Good Neighbor policy: Quite Hours 10pm - 7am No Smoking in condo or on property No events/parties - this is a multi unit building! People live above, below and next door! Condo laundry for light loads only. Use community laundry for larger loads

Nice apartment, quiet even though it’s on a busy street. A very short walk from the beautiful Del Mar beach. Manager very responsive to questions etc.

The property was just as described. Great location, beautiful property, clean and well decorated. We had a great time during our mini vacation. We were a short walk to the dog beach which is lovely around 5-6pm. We were minutes from restaurants. I highly recommend this rental.

The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is in a great location, but the road can be busy if you try to sleep with the windows open. Seamless check in and check out process. We would choose this again if we return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was a great location for us - easy, walkable access to the beach (with beach toys and chairs available), and to get to a variety of locations in SD. The place was great for a weekend beach vacation.

We loved this condo. Our family of 4 needed a nice place to stay while visiting family. It’s beautifully decorated with a nice layout, comfortable beds and a great kitchen! Love the bathrooms - great modern design and feel. We appreciated being close to beach to go on walks!

Del Mar is such a quaint little beach town for those of you looking for the quieter side of SoCal. The apartment was nicely appointed for a small group. We had an issue with the oven and stove not working but the property manager Gina was very responsive in getting a handiman over. When it turned out that the entire thing needed to be replaced she dropped off a toaster oven so we could at least have something to heat up food that doesn't go in a microwave. She even gave us a bag of pastries for our trouble :) Thanks Gina! All in all our stay in the Sea Horse Condo was very nice.

We were so happy to get this rental at the last minute! We love the area and the easy access to the beach. The place had everything you need including boogie boards, beach chairs etc. We enjoyed our time!

The condo is in a great location. It’s a nice neighborhood and Walking distance to beach. No central air but the unit has portable coolers and it was comfortable. Good vacation overall.

This condo is adorable, very stylish, and has a fab location. The beach, one block away, is fantastic; my grandkids loved it. The second bedroom had no AC and was stuffy, and if the overhead neighbors would take off their shoes, it would help. The location makes it a winner!

Close to the Beach
The location is wonderful. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was a one-block walk to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. The neighbors are a bit noisy above, but it wasn't too bad. We had a great time.

Great beach town condo
My family (husband, me, 9 year old daughter, and 7 year old son) enjoyed our recent stay at the Del Mar condo. It was clean and cozy and made for a great home base as we explored Lego Land, the San Diego Safari Park, beach, and mini golf. Only minor quibbles were that there weren't enough washcloths (only 2 were available and there were 4 of us there for a few days) and the insulation wasn't great as we heard the upstairs neighbors walking around both late in the evening and early in the morning. So, bring earplugs. :) Other than that, the place was great and we would happily visit again.
