Dining area with seating for four. The guest bath is conveniently located off the living room with shower. Drift off for the perfect nights rest in this primary suite! With king size bed, ceiling fan, split AC and quaint out door space. The en suite bath has a tub/ shower combo and large vanity area. Full size washer/dryer are an added plus and allow for lighter packing. Kamaole Beach III is across the street from Maui Kamaole. This property features lush landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole beaches are famous for their sandy shoreline and clear waters perfect for snorkeling. Enjoy whale watching during season, December - April. You also are minutes to shopping, restaurants and golf courses. While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The property was nice. My condo d103 had a water leak so I got to listen to loud fans for a couple days. Washer about jumped off the wall when used. The other 5 families that went had several amenities including a cooler, body boards and umbrella for the beach. Mine did not! Find one with some character. This cbi vacations gives the bare minimum, I’d rather see the money go to families. ALSO, do not bring kids, they do not want any fun happening at the pools! No exceptions!

Check-in was a breeze. The condo was clean and stocked. My husband and I are all of our meals on the Lania. The pool was a nice place to relax. We were able to walk to the beach and to restaurants. We parked next to the mall in Waliea just a few minutes away to get on the boardwalk in the wealthier Wailea.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay - our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the location was convenient to get to multiple areas (although I was expecting it to be close walking distance to the beach and shops - I would not consider it close; we ended up driving). The management company was responsive and helpful, and easily facilitated a slightly early check in time. For being a 1 bed/2 bath, the unit was actually relatively large and roomy. However, the bedroom smelled strongly of mildew, and the pullout bed in the living room was very uncomfortable.

Very good experience. Quiet, clean unit. We appreciated knowing the unit had been sanitized. The kitchen was well equipped although the knives in the knife block were in need of sharpening.

This is an optimal location in Wailea, close to amenities and excellent beaches. The property managers were excellent and very responsive to questions and concerns. A very nice stay.

Unit was nice, passable but not adjacent access to pool, Nice appliances, room. I've rented in this complexe 3 times over the yrs and it's the best complex in South Kihei.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed it. The condo was very clean and they had turned on the AC before we arrived to cool the place down. The living room was much larger than expected and having the second bathroom was nice even for just the two of us. The location was great as we could walk out of the complex across the street to the Kihei boat ramp (lots of tours launch from there, including snorkel tours for Molokini Crater). Kamaole beach was also in walking distance which has pretty decent snorkeling as well and is a family friendly beach. There’s also plentybof shopping and eating close by.
One of the main reasons we chose this place was the AC. I can’t sleep when it’s warm, and many places either don’t have AC or use window units that are loud. This condo has two mini splits - one in the master and one on the living room - that keep the place comfortable and are very quiet. The one downside is that the unit in the master does blow directly at the bed, so it took some adjusting of the settings and vent position so as not to freeze us every time the unit kicked on.
The kitchen had sufficient dishes and cookware. Be sure to follow instructions about keeping food sealed up. We did see a few tiny ants when we first arrived, but kept everything either in the fridge or in tupperware (supplied) to keep bugs out. There wasn’t much in terms of spices or other cooking extras, so be prepared to supply your own. We did leave cooking spray for the next guests.
Finally, the extra check-in instructions and dealing with the layers of property management was more than expected. It would be nice if they could streamline that and get all the info through VRBO. Be prepared to provide info a couple of extra times.
Overall we liked the place and would go back if we want to stay on that side of the island again.

Overall, a nice condo very large, nice outside patio. A few things that need to be addressed - Toilet in master bedroom was loose, TVs were more like Computer monitors so small for such a big space, cable was very limited. The foot noise from the upstairs condo was really loud.

We loved our stay here! It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Across the street from a beach perfect to swim in (not too many big waves), half an hour from the airport, and tons of shopping right down the road, within a 5 minute drive.

Adequate overall, but dishwasher was broken so had to unload and wash by hand, which took about an hour. They weren't able to fix it while we were there, and no reimbursement was offered. The furniture on the patio was just 3 mismatched chairs, no table or cushions. Other than that, it was clean and furniture/amenities adequate.
