This Specious 3 Br 2 Bath condo is located 20min south from Myrtle Beach Airport on the Garden City/ Surfside Beach line. It is set back in a quiet area only 1 mile from the beach, minutes away from Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet and all the great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. For the Golfers we are in Tupelo Bay Executive Golf Course. If you want more, we are centrally located between all the area great golf courses! The amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pool, outdoor grilling area, community center with gym, wireless internet and TV room, 18 hole executive golf course, driving range, miniature golf, volleyball and tennis court! Golf passes are available for weekly and monthly renters. Beach is only 1 mile away and there is free shuttle that runs all day through the summer. Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large dining room table, large inviting living room and bonus Carolina room with fountain view. All linens are included. Small pets are allowed up to 50 LBS, but no cats please. The best thing about this beautiful and specious condo is its location. The clean and well maintained, quiet and safe development is located minutes away from all the action, restaurants and shopping. You will have best of both worlds!

Condo was clean and had everything you would need for a week's stay. I would suggest to the owner that the condo needs to be painted

A very nice place for those that like the beach but not the noise. Quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities, calmer attitude, but, close to everything. Condo has literally everything you need. All you do is make sure you restock and leave it as clean as you found it. Came home to a little family emergency, so review is a little late.

We were in town for a family function. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo! Very nice, clean and bigger than expected! We didn’t have time to use the pool amenities in the community, but my husband was able to play golf there. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Tupelo Bay. The villa was very clean and had everything you could want being away from home. We had one minor issue, the owner got back to us within 5 minutes and had someone at the villa within 20 minutes to correct the problem. The villa is within 5 minutes of the beach and walking distance to the golf facility. It was everything that was advertised, we'll hopefully rent again next summer!

I’ve been staying at Tupelo Bay for a few years now and have enjoyed all the condos I’ve stayed in. This condo was conveniently located by an elevator and had an extremely easy check in process! Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and conveniently located to the beach and other family activities. The property owners were very nice and responsive and helpful. The grounds offered pools, mini golf and even ice cream! Would definitely stayi here again!

Everything inside of the home was perfect. The ownersvstocked it well and thought of everything. The only issue was a palm tree outside of the master bedroom window. It needed to be trimmed because the sound it made when the wind was blowing spooked our grandchildren when we tried to lay them down for nap.

We loved the location and have stayed in several properties here in Tupelo Bay. They are in a great location and the amenities were superb. We ran into slight issues with this property in which it needed more cleaning prior to our arrival. We reached out to the property manager with pictures and we immediately received feedback.
Hopefully, since we ensured it was spotless after our departure, the next renters will be pleased. Its a great place to stay besides the minor cleaning issue. We will include it as a possible place to stay again in the future.

This condominium was perfect for our family of 5 and our small dog. Baggage cart and elevator make it very convenient to get your luggage to the second floor. All areas of the home were clean. Comfort is opinionated, so we were not fond of the firm beds. My boys ended up using the air mattresses instead. This place has everything you need to have a cooked meal at home or spend the day on the beach. There were beach towels, little coolers, and chairs provided. They even had a little dog bowl set for our dog. The community pool was nice to jump into in the evenings after spending the day at the beach. It's only 5ft deep though, so diving. Mini golf and ice cream are within walking distance and the complimentary golf tickets were an awesome bonus to our trip! If we ever return to Myrtle Beach area we would definitely stay here again!

From booking the condo through checkout on our last day, everything was exceptional! Prompt, courteous and professional communication by owner, a nicely apportioned and well-stocked unit, proximity to amenities, grocery store, beach, and entertainment - all these attributes left us with anticipation of future stays.

Everything we needed was furnished. Plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen had all the needed utensils and so on. Definitely used the coffee maker. Internet was great. AC worked perfect and we had no issues during our stay at all. We would book here again on our next trip.

Our first time on the Surfside of Myrtle was a total wash but this wonderful condo made up for it. It was clean, comfortable and CONVENIENT. Close to beach, shopping, food it had it all to make our party of 8 feel at home away from home.

We spent spring break with the family here. The home was beautiful and well maintained. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The home had everything we could possibly need. It was in a nice quiet area yet close to everything. We will be renting here again!!

Space was well appointed and clean. Everything we needed including dishes and cable tv were ready and working. The only thing we didn't like was the bed, but that's subjective. We have a soft bed at home and this one was firm.

Tupelo Villa had all the comforts of home plus any beach amenities one would need. Its in a good location, a short car ride to the beach, where we always found free parking. Great to find a pet-friendly place - Toby the dog loved it there.

A wonderful Summer getaway
We have absolutely no complaints at ALL! My husband and I did a getaway for the Summer with our children and we had such a pleasurable experience. The Property Owner was awesome from the 1st day of booking. He communicated with me and provided answers to any questions or concerns I may have had. The home was cleaned, roomy for our family, well stocked with amenities that you may need while staying there. Very safe area, to get a good night's rest and the neighbors were friendly. Our family certainly did enjoy our stay!
We are planning on visiting the area again for my birthday soon and would certainly book again.

The property was well represented : everything was realistically conveyed in the listing through photos and descriptions. Property owner provided a well-stocked kitchen (appliances were all good quality and functional, utensils/pots/pans all abundant) and we were pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of hand soap in the baths and kitchen. Directions for maximizing our enjoyment of the property were well-stated and easily accessible for quick reference.
