Nestled in Wild Dunes, this attractive condo for $351 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Three bedroom, three bath Tri-level Wild Dunes villa overlooks a lagoon on the Links golf course and can sleep 8 . Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, guests can enjoy swimming at the outdoor Fairway Dunes community pool (open April-September 30 from 8am-sundown) or play tennis on the Fairway Dunes community tennis/pickleball courts. Features include: Updated flooring and furnishings throughout, Bonus Sunroom w/ TV, balcony & deck overlooking lagoon and golf course. The sunroom is bright and perfect for a quiet space to read or a wonderful place for the children to play and watch TV. The kitchen, dining and living area provide an open floor plan, and decorated with a luxury Coastal feel. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the condo offers two interior dining spaces, along with an outdoor high-top table on the deck. Upstairs, you will find 3 large bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The master bedroom boasts its own balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Downstairs you have a laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside near the front entry, there is an outdoor shower (not enclosed), which allows you to rinse the beach sand, or cool off after playing tennis at the community tennis court or sunbathing at the community pool. The pool and the tennis court are only a few steps from the Villa (can be viewed from King guest bedroom balcony). The setting for this Villa is so peaceful, that you won't want to leave! The Villa was nice and it was very great to have a pool just yards away. There were also pickleball courts next to the pool but we never checked to see if the paddles and ball could be rented. Our villa was right by a pond on the golf course. Inside the Fairway Dunes complex was a great place to bike. We also liked that we were fairly close to Charleston. The beach access was about a 5 minute walk.

The unit was very clean and bright, great location close to the beach. We had one urgent issue and Island Realty was extremely quick to respond and resolve the issue, even on a holiday weekend. Only negative is that it was a bit inconvenient not to have garage access. We rented a golf cart and there was no outside outlet we could use to charge it. Otherwise, great stay!

Home was great and very roomy. First time staying on a golf course. My dream of having a peaceful cup of coffee was accompanied by sounds of lawn mowers every morning. The grounds are beautiful for a reason!

Called the morning of our rental check in, realizing that 4pm was check in time but hoping to get in early for the holiday weekend, was told by the rental manager to call back around noontime to check on status. Called at 12:30 and got Dajera, who explained that when we got an email stating rental was ready we would be able to check in. Asked if she could check for us as we were in process of driving from MD, so we wouldn’t have to pull over to check. She took an attitude on me and kept on reiterating the policy of we would be getting an email when it was ready. When I questioned her on why the attitude on making a simple request to go a little above and beyond, she reiterated the policy and then hung up on me. She is the expert quiet quitter, and ruined my entire check in experience and left a really bad taste in my mouth. I told the check in person about my experience to which she said she’d let the rental manager know. Never heard back from her or the rental manager who had access to the recorded call. Fast forward to next day when we had no heat, tried calling the emergency number but no one answered after being on hold for ten minutes. I ended up spending a half hour to Google the phone number of the owner of island realty Alex. Alex did return my call after about 20 minutes and did send over someone from maintenance, who said there was nothing they could do as it was too cold for heat pump to work properly. I had to proactively ask Alex after the call from maintenance to see if we could get some portable heaters. They obliged, and it was very much appreciated, especially on Xmas eve. I’m just shocked of how much work I needed to do to remedy the situation and that no one followed up regarding the horrible ego driven attitude I got from Dajera. It only takes one apple to spoil the whole lot, and that’s what she did. Because of these experiences I can’t recommend this company. They also need to fix their emergen

Our rental was a great relaxing spot! We had 2 alligators, 2 turtles, several deer and lots of birds right outside our back window to enjoy! The area was quiet and a quick walk to the beach! We had plenty of cookware to make breakfast and dinner, beds were very comfy, the sunroom was the hangout spot for our boys! Plenty of books and games to choose from! We love Wild Dunes and this is a great place to stay!

This was our 2nd year staying at this villa and we loved it! It is very near the pool and sits right on the golf course. The view from the back overlooks a pond on the golf course. There are lots of activities on the resort...i.e. biking, golf, swimming and dining.

Nice condo with wonderful location in Wild Dunes! New hardwood floors and open and large main level. Decent sized bedrooms. One bath was on small size but worked for our group. We did have one issue when the hot water heater went out but Island Realty took care of it very quickly without inconvenience to us. We would stay here again. Only improvement i would suggest is the main living furniture which was a bit dated but it was clean.

The property was very clean, nicely decorated and perfect for our needs. We knew when we rented it that it was in Wild Dunes and where it was located and Even though it added a little hassle with the folks who we had to get in and out to assist in wedding-related efforts we were still happy with it. It was a perfect choice. I have rented from Island Realty many times and have found them to be so responsive and helpful.

Everything about this villa was great. The only things I would mention that needs to be fixed is the sink in the masterbath (where the toilet is) was clogged and we could not figure out how to turn the outside lights on.

The place is ok old furniture not to beachy feeling though. Island realty rep said short walk to beach. At least two blocks to get to beach access then another block. They didn't have a flat pan to bake on had to buy one. For the price it's a good deal if you don't mind a long walk to the beach.

This was my first time staying with Island Realty. The entire process of talking with an agent, reserving the location and checking in was seamless... The floorplan layout of the Villa was great, the location was easy to get to... just a very positive experience from end to end! My next return to Isle of Palms I'll know where to look. I've rented with VRBO and AirBNB in the past but I'll probably just book directly with Island Realty next time.

For the money, it was adequate for us and our family. The unit was comfortable. There were a few cosmetic items in disrepair, but those can easily be addressed and should be addressed. The rental expertise was overall good - easy in/easy out. Suggestion would be to spend a little money correcting some of the cosmetic issues. Overall - enjoyable stay during a crazy time.

The layout of this villa was perfect for adults & 2 kids. Each guestroom had it's own bathroom, lots of living room space and even a Florida style room. We did not feel cramped at all. The kitchen was fully stocked. The property is a bit dated, but I think priced right for what you get inside, as well as with the location - beach access was just short walk. We would definitely stay here again, but make sure to bring our own pillows.
