Located in Carolina Beach, this attractive house for $310 per night is a great option for your next break. *Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side so you have to keep the long stretch clear. Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with pull-out couch, kitchen with bar area, dining room with large table, and large back deck with seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel but with modern amenities. Kitchen has an air fryer, coffee maker/Keurig. TVs have Roku and are logged into a Netflix account. Home is one block from the beach, with beach access on both sides of the block. Outdoor shower. Linens and bath towels provided. I provide at least one of all extra amenities, such as paper towels, garbage bags, etc, anything beyond what I leave is on you to bring/buy. I know you're there on vacation and have fun, and I want you to have an amazing trip, just be respectful of the property and neighbors.

A real pleasant place to stay, approximately 2 block from beach. Accommodated 10 house guest with plenty of room for all. The host was great to work with and addressed all our questions with prompt responses when contacted. Would recommend to all especially for large groups or family. We would definitely consider if another family vacation to Carolina beach is planned

We had a wonderful stay at 3 beaches. The house was updated, clean, and well thought out. I was impressed with the thoughtful set up of the house to accommodate multiple familes with children and pets. We've been renting beach houses in Carolina Beach for years and this is our favorite one we've found! There are gates on the porch, deck and around the entrances of the yard. It's great for keeping dogs and small children contained. I especially liked the guards under the benches on the back deck- it kept my crwing baby safe from going over the edge. The small yard is great for the dogs to get some energy out between walks. We had 7 adults and three kids under 7 and we all fit very comfortably. My brothers and their respective families took the basement apartments. They mentioned the beds were a little firm for their liking, but otherwise liked the bottom units. I stayed in the upper unit with my dad, husband and baby. We found all the beds upstairs very comfortable. During our stay we had one small issue where the keypad lock broke on us in the main unit. The owner was quick to respond and very friendly. The location was excellent. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the boardwalk was a 10 min walk from the house. There are grocery stores nearby too. Overall this is a fantastic pick for a famy vacation. We hope to stay again next year!!

Had such a blast during our stay. We felt so at home with the chill vibe upon entering. The home is split into three units and it worked perfectly for a bachelorette party of 8. Plenty of space. Backyard was well maintained and no issues during our stay. So convenient in walking to the beach and bars. You can tell the owner put thought into the decor and functionality of the space. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place! Would definitely recommend!

Good location, walking to and from beach and boardwalk was great. AC in unit two didn't seem to work properly, condensation on floor in morning. Grills in back are almost unusable, not clean at all, I didn't expect perfect but those where bad. Did not call to complain, just giving honest review.

This place was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday and then the next day a small porch wedding! It was close enough to the beach and restaurants and super friendly for our fur babies too! There was even a little crib in the closet we used for our 1 month old grandson... the place literally lacked for nothing. We would definitely book here again.

We had a great weekend in this house. The location is great- super close walk to the beach, and a close walk to some nearby restaurants/bars too. Very clean and we had a group of 12 and it still felt spacious with a lot of great extra amenities like a Keurig, air fryer, etc. The owner was also super responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

This house was in a good spot, easy walking distance to the beach. We were even close enough to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk area. There was plenty of room for our family of 17. The front porch was a real nice place to relax and plan. The outdoor shower made cleanup easy after a day at the beach.

The stay was great overall. Your half way on the block of the second row from the beach. They had toys and beach accessories you could use and basic kitchen supplies. The house is dated and you can tell, but we were fine with that. There was a ton of room, especially with the 2 lower private apartments which worked great for the two families who had smaller children with earlier bed times. Doors are hard to open and close (back door of main house, bathroom in king room, and barn door). The shower outside leaks into the back apartment, and we had to sweep the two back apartments when we arrived due to dust and dirt. The main house was clean. They were doing construction next door which was fine, except for the nails on the driveway. The owner can’t help that though, but fair warning to those staying this summer to be careful to not get a flat tire.

This house is perfectly located between 2 beach accesses and had everything we needed for the beach. It is perfect for 3 groups traveling together or a large family. It easily accommodated our group of 10 and we still had beds left over. The bottom units were just used for sleeping and we did all cooking and chilling together upstairs. Outdoor shower was perfect to rinse off before going inside. Communication was a breeze and we had a wonderful trip! It is .5 mile from the boardwalk.

Beach house is close (walking) distance to beach. Lots of beach amenities: bikes, wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas. We did not see any beach towels. All other linens provided. Bottom units are more primitive with everything you need, but top unit is more luxury and supplied. We cooked a lot and kitchen is stocked but could use upgraded cookware. (Nonstick is wore out). We ran into a problem during our stay and managers were quick to respond and compensate us for the issue. It was a good stay, we walked several times to boardwalk and restaurants. Full beds in bottom units are firm. Starter amentities provided, but we had to replenish paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer soap, etc. Porches are great. Would stay again.

This is a great place to stay for your beach vacation. The owner has thought of everything! Towels, beach towels, beach amenities—everything you need or in case you forgot your own. The location is great for walking to the beach and for walking to the boardwalk, shops, and dining. The bedrooms are spacious and the downstairs units are great for multiple families. The front and back decks are large with plenty of seating. The outdoor shower comes in handy to wash off after the beach or to rinse your chairs. Just a great beach house and the owner is so nice and accommodating. Will come again!

This vintage beach house has a wonderful large wooden deck in the back. And a nice front porch too. The location was accessible to the beach within less than 10 minute walking distance. This house has a nice outdoor shower for rinsing off after spending time at the beach…The owner was responsive when we had to contact him. The downstairs units were functional for a family with small children. Unfortunately, one of the downstairs units had a problem with the air conditioner. Furthermore, my biggest disappointment was with the upstairs kitchen. The refrigerator had no working ice maker. The kitchen dishes were extremely limited and were a mix match of plastic plates and drinking cups! And there were only three coffee cups to support the upstairs unit which three full sized family bedrooms.

Owner was wonderful and was always quick to respond. The property was very clean and had an awesome beach vibe. Super close to beach and a quick walk to the boardwalk. Back deck and yard was great for our large group. The two apartment style spaces in addition to the house was perfect for our group! Can’t wait to come again!!

Loved the house and location. Lots of great amenities that made it safe and convenient for kids and pets. 3 separate areas allowed for privacy as well as togetherness. We had a couple of storms during our stay and the owner made several trips over to prepare and manage things. Above and beyond. We will definitely look to stay there again!
