Nestled in Saint Simons Island, this attractive house for $2,136 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Fabulous on 14th and this house is truly fabulous. If you loved the late 60's to early 70's you will love this home. As you enter the front door to the main house you will notice the roomy main living area complete with two large couches, two sitting chairs and large flatscreen television. (fireplace is decoration only) Off the living area there is a sunporch with a seating table that sits four and a private office with working desk and two sitting chairs. The master bedroom is situated with a king bed, flatscreen tv, walk in shower with double vanity sink. The second master has a king bed, flatscreen tv, tub/ shower combo with a single vanity sink.The first guest room is situated with two twin beds and a bathroom that has a single vanity sink and walk in shower. The kitchen is also located on the main living area. All of the appliances are stainless including the gas stove top and wall oven. There is a closet that has a stackable washer and dryer along with an extra fridge and freezer. The dining area has an eating bar for three, dining table that sits ten and a half bath located near by. As you make your way to the second level you will enter the second living area. This room has a eating bar for two, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. In the living area there is a large flatscreen tv, large couch and two sitting chairs. The second guest room has a bunk bed that has a queen on the top, queen on the bottom perfect for kids or adults and a bath that has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The second guest room located on this floor has a queen bed, single vanity sink, walk in shower and a stackable washer and dryer. Back down stairs and through the sliding door you will find your very own private pool that can be heated for an additional fee. There is plenty of seating for the whole family. There are four lounging chairs, eating table for six, sitting area for four, two rocking chairs, propane grill and a large flatscreen television for entertaining. Just out the front door you will find the guest house. There is a living area that has a large sofa, sitting chair and flatscreen television. The master bedroom is situated with a king bed, large flat screen television and a bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, large flatscreen, bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk in shower. There is a small kitchen with all stainless appliances and an eating table for two. Outside you will find the tiki bar. There are two pub tables with four seats each, a picnic table, bar area and propane grill. The guest house also has its very own stackable washer and dryer. Fabulous on 14th offers everything your large family will need on vacation. And is sure to be a family favorite for years to come. *** Please inquire about our multiple week discounts.*** Feel free to give me a call with any questions you may have. Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night. Each of our properties comes with the following Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 2 trash bags 2 laundry detergent pods 2 dishwasher soap pods 1 bar of soap in each bathroom Liquid hand soap Liquid dish soap

Everything went as expected. Wireless had a few downsides but was adequate for our needs. I hate streaming adjusting to get programs! Feel strongly that the property manager has our interest as a priority! Thanks

14th year of renting different houses on St Simon just when we thought the rentals couldn’t get any better East Beach provided us with another standard to expect! The Big stuff reservations, information and creature comforts were outstanding. We did have an unfortunate experience with weather that cause flooding of one of our buildings but property manager made it known from first contact it would be handled immediately! We had 5 family members involved and we were handed keys to another property for these five that was next door. A three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath that had obviously just went through renovation. We were inconvenienced but in the least possible way! Great save by Benji and team. We were leaving that next morning and the flooded building was due to property maintenance almost completely restored to normal. I have this same property rented in a couple weeks and very excited about or stay because of location and preparedness of the property and knowing the management team has a great sense of urgency no matter the size of problem! Thanks so much for taking care of my family! Dan
